I've never used such a simple ordering menu and checkout. Thank you Dominos for the experience. Was amazed to see my pizza go in the oven. REALLY that's really cool.
We ordered a pizza with no cheese due to an allergy, they sent it with cheese and took the pizza back, we called to have them remake it and it's been over 2 hours and the correct pizza still hasn't arrived. The phone rarely gets answered, the voice-mail is full, and when we finally got through, no one knew where our pizza was and said the delivery drivers were busy with other orders. What happened to customer service these days? Terrible. The manager was even "too busy" to talk to us the girl said. What is going on.

Actually, this was the first time for me to order from Dominos Pizza. The food was great and the employees were wonderful too.
Can sure tell Pete and Nancy aren't running this store any more. Ordered carryout tonight, LG, thin with Pepperoni sausage and extra cheese, it must be hiding because my pizza doesn't have extra cheese.
Oliver was amazing he brought it out to me and took the cash in and got me change and it was ready so fast and it was so good and I'm really happy that even though it was hot out I went to domino's because this is gonna be delicious I can't wait to go home and eat it I even wrote the review right after he left and I'm still in the parking lot. he was so sweet and kind.
I placed an order with Domino's and was notified that they were preparing it. When my pizza arrived, the delivery driver informed me that the North Ave store had to contact the 30 RD store , due to my location. I appreciate the due-diligence each store had in order to fulfill my order.
An hour late and they couldn’t even offer a discount or a free lava cake. When you expect to feed your family they could at least offer some effort for customer loyalty. It’s frustrating because I like my pizza and this is unacceptable for a loyal customer. This place is run by rude kids.
