Just about the last old school doughnut place left in the grand valley. Most places bake or have frozen dough and in my humble opinion it's just not the same as a good fried doughnut. The monster size croissants ate the best in the Grand Valley hands down! The best part of shopping here is the people that run it. Friendly, helpful and easy to do business with. They are happy to see you and I never get tired of happy people.Highly Recommended 5 StarsLuckyPennyGuy.com

If you originally planned on going to City Market for donuts, just come here instead. Wayyy better donuts and super awesome service!

Some of the best donuts in GJ with really friendly counter staff. Even when the place is busy they’re super efficient and accommodating. They always throw in a few extra donut holes when I pickup a half-dozen or more and the breakfast sandwiches are great. There’s a drive-thru as well if you’re on the go!

The doughnuts and breakfast sandwiches are amazing. The people that work here are always friendly and give the best service!! Love this place!!!!

First time getting donuts here my sister had told me they were waaaaay better than the ones on north Ave and to my surprise they were! These are in no way similar to the other ones these ones are way fluffier way bigger and just taste super different way better quality! I will definitely be driving the extra miles when I want my donuts !

Great little shop. Big, fresh-made donuts, and donut holes are included with your order!

The only place I go, beautiful donuts.

This place rocks! Awesome ladies behind the counter and good ol’ fashioned donuts!

The staff at this Daylight Donuts is always super friendly an really quick at getting orders out to customers!

I have to say, we always come to this daylights and usually have an awesome experience. The girls that work there are always super sweet and the donuts are perfect. We always get koolaches or “breakfast sausages” because they’re the only ones in town that get them right. Even the Daylight on North Ave doesn’t do them correctly. The last 2 times we’ve been though, the koolaches have not been cooked correctly. The dough is too thin now and today it was still doughy on the inside to where we couldn’t even eat them so we wasted almost $8 on these for our family of 5. The photo on the left is what we got and can see the dough sticking to the sausage because it’s not cooked. The photo on the right is what they usually look like and we miss. Hopefully they bring back the original way of cooking/preparing these because they’re the only place in town that cooked the dough right?
