Waited a awhile in the drive through. I wanted a strawberry blizzard with Cherry cone dip bites but got chocolate cone bites not the first time they mess up my order.

They were out of dilly bars when I did a DoorDash order & DoorDash wouldn’t refund. When I reached out to the store they went above & beyond! Everything was compensated & they did it with a great attitude & smile! Will definitely be back a lot more!(:

My Burger was overcooked and slightly warm French fries were cold and to much mayonnaise and ketchup on the burger .

The lady taking the order was rude and said “oh my god” as we were ordering. She was very rude the whole time. She wouldn’t let me take the ice cream off the Order of chicken strips when all I wanted was the chicken and a drink. I will not be going back.

lady taking orders was complaining the whole time and didn’t even get our order right terrible experience her name was mystic or so it said on the receipt

Not sure who manages this place but tried to get something at 930 on a Saturday night and it was a joke. Looked like a bomb went off behind the counter and all the employees were running around aimlessly. Was pretty gross to be honest. Not sure I’ll ever go back unfortunately.

Was charged for three large dipped cones when I ordered small. The cones had to be put in the freezer to set up before dipped. The ice cream kept falling in the dip.My kids ate their cones 10 minutes apart waiting for each cone to set up. They were apologetic although I was still charged for the large cones I did not order.

Went through the drive through tonight and had a little bit of a wait, no problem i dont mind waiting. When it came my time to order I asked if there was a box of cherry dilly bars, the girl helping me said they were all out and let me know of the other flavors available but did NOT tell me they were out of cherry dip. My assumption for the dilly bar boxes is that those are pre made and I could be wrong so i asked if they could make 4 single cherry dilly bars. The girl "assisting" me, i could tell she got irritated by my question and very rudely said NO I JUST SAID WERE OUT OF THE DIP. No ma'am, you said you were out of the boxes not the dip. Not the first time ive experienced rude customer service here, do better!? teenagers or not. Clearly I didnt understand you were out of cherry DIP no need to be snobby ESPECIALLY when I wasnt being rude to you. ????????

Based on my most recent visit, the cleanliness, service, quality and price, I won't go back anytime soon.

Waited in line for a while. Had a car in front of me that had to wait a long time to get their ice cream. And at some point the staff made my order while the other people were still waiting. So by the time I got my ice cream it was already melted. And the brownie was soggy. I get most these kids are high schoolers. But they definitely were not taught quality is important. Their management needs to take better pride in training these kids.
