Good stuff always, employees weren't the happiest. But we pulled up to the window and made them laugh. They looked stressed, so we added some laughter to their day. Hope it helped. ?

They are ok food is normally ok and over cooked but if they mess up your order they tend to fix it pretty quickly

Love this place so much! Every time we eat here it’s always clean and the employees are always nice ?

Apparently they couldn't charge any more than they already do so they just started making everything smaller like my chicken nugget sized chicken strips 3 of which were smaller than the Condiment cup.

The place we wanted to go was unexpectedly closed (on a weekday afternoon), but Dairy Queen was open! They were fully staffed, and took care of our group in a timely fashion. The service provided was cheerful, the employees smiled and made eye contact, and overall, we had a very positive experience! Thanks to all who are showing up to work, and thanks for the great service. One of the kids left an item on a bench, and the employee who found it came looking for us as we were leaving. Overall, it was a very positive experience and if the service continues as it was, I wouldn't hesitate to return to this location.

Folks, seriously. I can’t believe how many poor ratings you continue to receive without making visible efforts to fix the problems. I stopped in for a sundae, there were 6 kids behind the counter laughing and carrying on like a detention class without the teacher in the room, and I finally had to say hello for someone to acknowledge me. I paid for a large Sundae which barely created the rim of the cup. I had to ask for a spoon, and I was given a tiny little sampling sized spoon that didn’t even reach the bottom of the cup. The staff made me feel like I was bothering them, and I heard giggles as I walked out the door. Please don’t respond to this review with “we take customer service very seriously” or any of that junk because it’s clear you do not, and it adds more insult to the service I already didn’t receive, just please read all of the reviews and address the issues one by one if you really care.

Didn't have one thing we ordered, with the reply you have given..I don't believe that we will be there any time soon ..

This place has gone so down hill like man i just wanted a banana split not a banana slurp, i dont think ill be coming back

We placed an online order with a scheduled pickup time, when we arrived the drive-through was at a minimum of 10 cars deep. I decided to go in to pick up our order, I waited for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. The store was absolutely chaotic and EXTREMELY FILTHY. We left and had the order transferred to the North Ave store, when we arrived they had us our order in 5 minutes and the store was organized and clean. I can't believe that 2 stores owned by the same owner are run so differently. We won't be going back to this location.

The restaurant is the most disgusting eatery I have ever seen. Unclean in every way. From the dog hair caking the employees hats, to the dried sugar stuck on the sides of the soda fountain, to the customer service. No one even acknowledged us for around a minute of standing at the counter. Some guy was in the back scraping grease. The boss, apparently, showed up while we were there. He seemed to be directing every one. We just left. There was not a single clean table, inside or out.
