I have ordered Crumbl cookies fairly often for meetings and celebrations. I have them delivered and the cookies always arrive on time and are delicious. I want to give special thanks to Crumbl for a recent service recovery that was amazing. I ordered online the day before the event and the day of, there was no delivery. I called the store and spoke to a manager who brought the cookies out himself in time for the team to enjoy them at our meeting. I believe the manager's name was Scott, and he was professional, customer-focused, and made a great save that day. I really appreciate the great service and the quality product!
