We used to eat here a lot when we lived in grand Junction but it’s been about a year. Today we decided to go to eat here and I wish we hadn’t. The place seems to have gone downhill and customer service was terrible. We ordered chips and queso with our meal and ended up getting a refund after 25 minutes of waiting and multiple times asking for the chips and queso. The guy had zero customer service skills, never apologized for the wait or gave a good explanation as to why it was taking so long other than “they needed to cook”. The rest of our food was subpar relative to what it used to be like in regards to taste and freshness. It was super disappointing and it won’t be a place we seek out when we are visiting family.

I stopped here right at noon, the line was long but it keep moving, BUSY! The front line people at the counter were smiling and keeping everything moving like a well oil machine while giving enough attention to made you feel like a person not a number. Food was great and the portion was enough to keep construction guys satisfied. Don't be afraid to stop here, you will be satisfied in a big way.

Pretty good food, but this place seems pretty understaffed. Usually long lines and the dining area is usually pretty dirty. Staff they do have are friendly and seem to be trying their best.

The food is okay, typical chain food. What gets me about this place is how slow they are. It took twenty minutes to get five of us through the line.Whatever you do don't order online as they don't make your order to be ready for pickup, they make it when you get there...behind all the people who are already there in line, and then maybe you will have to wait for a couple more walk-ins before they make your go order that was placed 30 minutes before any of the customers who walked in ever arrived.

Everything is pretty good here. The food is good. However the last several times I have been in the ice machine on the pop is broken. All of the pop was flat like it needed a new flavor added to the machine. This has been over several months now and the pop machine is basically down. The pop is always flat. It is shame because this used to be one of my favorite places to go. Better than qudoba! However I do not think I will go in here for a long time. It is hard to eat spicy food without something to quench your thirst.

Costa Vida is one of our favorite places. Very good food, reasonably priced, and most of it is gluten-free. (They are careful to avoid cross-contamination if we mention an allergy when first ordering.) We go here often.

Very friendly service all-around. Clean from restrooms to dining area to food prep areas. Very nice about gluten allergy protocols for my daughter, asked if preference or allergy and SMILED and chatted while changing gloves. You wouldn't believe how many eye rolls we have gotten so it means a lot when someone is so very PLEASANT and KIND about something she can't help. Everyone from the guy who assembled our food to the cashier to the person clearing tables smiled and greeted us. Food was delicious as always!

Guy in the white truck that either owns the place or is the main manager, dudes very rude to his customers and he is threatening his customers. I will never go to which which ever ever again I refuse to support such a horrible horrible person .

Employees were quite nice and food tasted good, but not having ice for a cold drink and the unclean state of the dining room certainly took away from the experience.

Stopped in and was told my pick up was going to be an additional 20 minutes. After 35 minutes I asked the cashier, they yelled at me saying it's not their fault. I see same cashier standing around folding bags, wiping trays instead of finishing my order. 45 minutes later they finally finished. I won't stop here ever again. Corporate needs to step in and make sure this particular restaurant is operating at set standards.
