We gave up on Chili's a couple of years ago due to poor service and decided on giving them another chance tonight. Bad decision. We were sat, and they were half empty on a Friday night. We sat for 10 minutes. Several staff walked by, but not one said hello or even that they would be with us shortly. Simply ignored. We finally just walked out. Don't blame it on staffing, as Bostons sat us and got us drinks very quickly. It is a poor culture that causes that type of service.

Let me start by saying that the staff and food were fantastic. Those stars belong to them. Now to those last two missing stars. It has been over 100 degrees here, and this staff is working their tails off sweating to death in black pants & shirts with no AC. If there was any, it was insufficient. We asked our waitress and poor thing was covered in sweat, but felt worse for the folks in the kitchen. So coolers and freezers do not function correctly in those conditions. So food storage may become an issue, but staff was told that they weren't sure it would be fixed because they'd need to hire a crane & cost like 20 grand. Ok. So you can get a portable unit or two in there to keep your food from going bad and your staff from getting heat strokes, oh and beer doesn't pour right at those temps either from the tap.

Came to have lunch with my family and it was slammed. Our server Andrew was FANTASTIC! He was super busy but stayed calm and was super nice. Food was delicious and came out quickly! Kudos to you guys. Thank you so much

Great service from my server Ally :) clean store, and food was great. But really the main focus is Ally, she was so sweet and tentative with my party of 5 people, she was on it with the drinks amd food. She's one of the greatest servers I've ever had honestly and made my lunch with Chili's a pleasant outing.

Chili's Restaurants are different from one location to the next. It is fun to checkout the differences. I like the Grand Junction Chili's and always have a great meal. The environment changes depending on the time of day and crowd size. Kitchen accuracy is sometimes impacted when busy, along with server focus. It is like this for most eateries. The Chili's menu gives a lot of great options for whatever might satisfy on a given day. Also, conversations work well there most of the time. Occasionally it gets a little too loud. Lookin' forward to going back!

Went to dinner last night for mothers day. My husband and I both got steak- him the fajitas and I the classic sirlion and we are both extremely sick now (food poisoning). It's very unfortunate one of my favorite places and it's gone nothing but down hill since covid.

Should be negative 1. Went in last night, 4/5/22, had to wait for table even though place was half empty. We ordered some appetizers, triple combo and some Nachos. Took almost half hour. Bit into boneless chicken wing, tasted weird, cut one open and it was raw in the middle. Cut the others open, they were also raw in the middle. Not much of an appetite for raw chicken. Most other customers looked unhappy due to wait times. Worst dining experience we have ever had in Grand Junction. Only positive was the server who tried his best. Will never go back and will share this with all we know.

I don't drive so getting food delivered is awesome and I'm grateful for those out there delivering stuff. I just wish people would put in their best efforts instead of over looking simple instructions and making excuses as to why. No pride in Our work anymore as a country even. I didn't receive everything for the second time now and I made sure my order said NO cilantro but it was on the food anyway. Get it together

This restaurant has went so severely down hill in the past year. The service is just not up to par, being an employee at a restaurant as well I do understand having a hard day, being out of things etc. but they are truly not friendly. We ordered a glass of wine and it was spoiled, to the undrinkable point. We kindly asked if they could open a new bottle for a new glass and the manager refused. And refused to even come talk to us. It was unacceptable. This used to be one of my favorites and it is not anymore unfortunately.

Waited for about an hour for our food. Had to literally get up and find someone for drink refills. Half the food was cold and stale while the rest was just warm. Quesadilla explosion salad quesadillas were hard as a rock and nasty lettuce. Tried to get the manager to take notice and help out but he disappeared and didn’t even check in again. No apology and no concern for our experience. Will not be back for a very long time. Either your servers are overworked or incompetent.
