The staff are always friendly, courteous, and professional. The Prime rib sandwich, and l splurged on the Waffle fries were Delicious. .

This Carl'c Jr. Is in a loves truck stop. Truck stop restaurants usually do not meet the standards of other stand alone fast food places. The drink station was out of ice, sweet tea, tea and napkins. Food was brought to our table but there were no utensils for our biscuits and gravy. I went to cash register and initially they could only supply 1 fork for our 2 meals. A second fork was later found and brought to our table. Seems like there were a lot of new hired workers which is a growing trend in all restaurants.
I feel bad giving this place a low rating like three stars but, the service was very slow thanks to Joe Biden and nobody wants to work anymore. Two young girls were working their butts off to get my sandwich together. Hats off to them for working. The sandwich was another issue. Even though it appeared it was made fresh, it was dry and not very appetizing.
Service at the front counter was excellent. Staff was friendly. Food came out in a timely manner and was hot and fresh. Overall a good fast food experience, although not the cheapest in the business.
I ordered a combo and 9 piece jalapeño poppers with the other meals I ordered and I never received the full combo , they threw a bunch of napkins and said I could get a refund because I don’t have a receipt even though they never gave me my receipt and took out there attitude on me. I went to go to the bathroom , while waiting , and all I can see the staff just lounging around , talking to each other . I lost most of my money because I couldn’t get most of my order .
This was the worst experience I've ever had at Carl's Jr. They used to be the best. No more. I ordered a char-broiled chicken. I got breaded chicken and it was so fried it was hard as a rock. So I just paid $6.59 for garbage. My husband got the biscuits and gravy. Biscuit was like a hockey puck. Awful.
There is something about this particular location and staff that seems to displace a negative attitude and poor atmosphere. We been here more than 15 times over the past 2 years (my son likes their food. I can take it or leave it). Also I'm glad to not see the employee who called me baby. Hope he/she is on another shift. Food was Ok not much flavor, not hot not cold.
I had the best grilled chicken sandwich there that I've ever had anywhere. I couldn't believe they had fried zucchini. They were good and hot.
Place was busy, I was one of the last to place my order, I would think my order would be hot. Well my BBQ bacon burger was warm at best, same for the zucchini.
Cheated me of buying a double, paid for a double, even put on a double box. But alas it was a single. I think it was intentional because part of a bus group.
