Don’t bother wasting your time…My French fries were cold, our chicken sandwich was over cooked to the point you couldn’t eat it. My jalapeño bites…harder than a rock, to the point the cheese disappeared in them!Disappointed to say the least.
It burger King. Always consistent. Today food was better than usual.
We asked for extra ketchup and napkins they gave us two of each at the drive-thru window
It's was good. Had Jr.ck and fries. The lady who served my was (very nice) and helpful.
Thanks Orchard Mesa Burger King. I ordered mozzarella sticks and never got them. Oh yeah, I ordered my bacon king with easy mayonnaise and got absolutely no mayonnaise. And the cheeseburger we ordered came with just a drop of ketchup. Yeah, not gonna frequent your establishment anymore.
If I could give this place a negative star I would. At ordering station I asked for a rodeo cheese burger. Got to the window. Told them please make sure there is cheese on it. They said ok. So I get home and theres no cheese on it. I call them and they tell me to come back and get one with cheese. I get there and the male working the order station tells me. I didnt ask for cheese the 1st time. An that I only asked at the window. And wasn't charged. I say well when I asked at the window I should have been charged for the cheese. Then he starts rudely yelling "free burger" out the window at me. Im deffinitly calling corporate. That is not how you treat customers. Very unperfectional. I will never go to another burger king. EVER!
Their Chicken fries used to be sooo good. Came here with the wife for lunch. She ordered the same as usual.... Only her Chx Fries were a laughable joke... No bigger than my pinky, half as many as the last time we were here a month or so ago. Not to mention They were left in the fryer for far too long (xxxxxtra crispy, almost inedible) , followed by being left out till they were ice cold.
The food was not too bad, but not the greatest. The attitudes were okay, and the drive thru wasn't too long.
Waited for awhile on drive thru. Order was cold.Very disappointed. Will be calling manager did not have time today
