Safe your time and money. When the food came the fries were cold and old so we asked for fresh fries. Found our own ketchup and mustard ( we asked…) only to find our second round was just as cold/old. They didn’t have my husbands food until we said nevermind “We need to leave after” 1.5 hours of waiting. Never got the appetizer plate and half my son’s order. As we were leaving looked like whole kitchen was out back enjoying themselves. Definitely won’t be repeating this experience.

Currently undergoing a remodel, but that doesn't stop the staff from being top tier. As always. The food is a home run. And my server Amanda told me about the deals on Thursday to help me save some money :) My server was amazing, hands down and made my dinner time outing great after a hard day at work.
Great food. The blazin challenge was cake. I'm editing this because I made a complaint about my rewards points for completing the challenge being claimed before I received the receipt, but no one has gotten back to me to rectify the situation. I'll obviously remove this section when this is resolved. That's 1000 points on top of the ones for the meal. I hoped to settle this without making a public statement of the issue but it's been 2 days shy of a month since I sent the message through your app

Service was a bit slow, but the appetizer trio of guac, queso and pico with fresh chips was spot on. Unfortunately, the wings were barely warm when delivered. But, beers came quickly. Hmmmm ...

Started out good. Someone asked if I wanted to be seated or place an order. I placed an order and was told it be about a 15 to 20 minutes wait. It took almost an hour to get my order. While people that order after I did was getting their food when they were told they would. My f ood was cold they would not compensate me. My partner went in and talked to the manager about it and they remade the order but it still wasn't hot barely even warm and was rude to him. I will not recommend this place to any of my friends and will not be going back.
REDEEMED! We hadn't eaten here since they opened about 6 years ago I think. It sucked. Our last visit however was great! UNLIKE CHILI'S...in spite of a crowded dining room we were promptly seated with a smile. Our server, Hannah, was attentive even though she was busy. That's kind of an odd thing these days. The food was served promptly. The nachos were hot and flavorful. The salads were cold with a fresh off the fryer hot piece of chicken. The salads were awesome. We even enjoyed sharing a piece of cheesecake for dessert. Keep it up! Your team makes everything happen. Good and bad. You have done good.

Loved their bone in wings and legs. I love how you get to choose a few different sauces. Each one was so yummy! Kids were happy. Their ice tea and lemonade was perfect, also. It's a very busy and very loud place, so if you want quiet, it's not a place for you
