I’m a burger connoisseur and this was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had! Service was excellent, atmosphere is very trendy and fun. Drinks were fantastic. The chocolate marshmallow pretzel pie was good but a bit too much caramel for my taste. Overall wonderful experience.

Tried this lovely place out on our visit to GJ and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was seasonal and delicious. Definitely coming back every time we are in town.

This place is a refreshing and exciting restaurant in Grand Junction. We really liked their policy of mandatory tip that reached all the workers in the restaurant. Here's a tip to folks coming for the first time, we got the cheese burgers, and saw gobs of other burgers go to tables. This burger is awesome and an elevated burger experience similar to Shake Shack. That's not a knock on the burger, but with a menu that has reputable items like its Lamb and Salmon feel free to explore here. We plan to go back and explore as often as we can.The last bit of advice is get the pie. My Fiancée's birthday was this past Saturday and we celebrated it with the Chocolate pie and it was rich, creamy experience that was first class. None of the options were lacking, but at Bin 707 they twist up the typical pie classics you know to deliver unique experiences that are new, but in the bounds of conventional.

Upscale scene with interesting food and friendly service. Bar menu focuses on local products. Vegetarian options.

Frankly, we didn't expect to find such high-quality food in Grand Junction. Really interesting items especially the appetizers. E.g, Jerusalem artichoke hushpuppies were on offer the night we were there. Our server was first-rate in offering food and wine suggestions.

I've been there a few times. The food is really good and the staff is really friendly, but it is overpriced for what it is.

We decided to stop in for an anniversary lunch at this fine eating establishment. The service and the food was not impressive for such an occasion. We were prepared to sample thoroughly a variety of their foods, because we heard great things. We enjoyed the Charcuterie appetizer, and we were impressed by the smoked trout salad. My Sassafrass Soda was enjoyable enough that I got a second. My wife raved about her tender juicy Chicken Sandwhich, but the bun could not hold up to the juciness and she had to eat it with a fork. My Pork Katsu Sandwich I did not care for, the pork is cooked medium rare, which is ok for those who like it that way, but it was not mentioned on the menu. The sandwich was also overly soggy with a flavor lacking slaw topping. The service was a disappointment. Our server left at the end of her shift without checking on us or letting us know she was leaving. So we would have asked for more drinks and sampled other menu items because we were prepared to splurge, but we didn't know who to ask until another server eventually helped us. Gratuity is included so I guess service doesn't matter here. I am subtracting a star for service, and another star because of soggy buns and lack of menu clarity. I don't think we will try dinner at Bin 707.

The service at this place is beyond awesome! We were visiting from Utah and my husband read that this restaurant had received amazing reviews, so we decided to give it a go. We showed up at 5p, because it is first come first serve. And I am glad we did because it filled up fast. We sat at the bar and chatted it up with the bar tender who was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, cocktails etc. While we mainly dealt with the bar tender, everyone seemed to be working as a team. I was so impressed with their service and attention to detail. No joke, there was one moment where I asked the bar tender for more bread, and before I could finish my sentence it was there. Everyone was so on top of everything and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. The food was great and we will definitely be back. It is also important to note, that they automatically add 20% to your bill because they believe everyone deserves 20% not just the waitstaff. I read that on their website ahead of time and was aware of it, but something to be aware of. I actually really like that mindset, and as I mentioned above, it really did feel like everyone was working as a team.

Absolutely incredibly food, mostly locally sourced, with a fairly casual environment. Definitely a bit expensive but everything served here is superb and worth the price point. My Aunt had the local favorite is the Bin Burger and it did not disappoint and I had the lamb which was beyond incredible: perfectly cooked and well accompanied. Beer and wine selection is a bit different but good. I highly recommend for a unique taste of Western Colorado.

BIN BURGER. ? Need I say more?!?! Easily the best burger in town.Overall, Bin 707 is a super well run, outrageously clean restaurant with fantastic staff that raise the bar in the Grand Junction food service market. Consistent high quality yummy food every time. A local treasure. Keep up the great work!! Love you guys!! ?
