very friendly great atmosphere and excellent food I finished my plate and I really don't eat much. thank you guys for a delicious dinner
I've been on a quest to find good Mexican food in Grand Jct, so I tried this place yesterday. I went in soon after it opened, there were no customers there yet, and the two women working there didn't understand English. I was about to leave when one of them handed me a menu and said they are open. I ordered a burrito and ice water. The burrito was very bland and smothered with enchilada sauce. One of the women working there came up to fill my empty water glass from a pitcher of tepid water. I asked for ice but she pretended not to understand and left. I took a big drink and the water had cleaning fluid of some kind in it! When I told the 2nd woman working there she failed to understand English. Never Again for this joint!
Best Spinach enchiladas and Bloody Mary I've ever had.. Rice was dry.. Clean.. Excellent service..Hope to return soon..
The rice tasted like plain old rice absolutely zero flavor. The Navajo taco was extremely small, it appeared to be a tortilla deep fried very little meat but a ton of lettuce. I sent my plate back after the first bite and still had to pay full price for the smallest worst meal I have had in a long time

My boyfriend has been going to Aztecas for many years and it is his favorite Mexican restaurant. He recently introduced me and I have loved it, until last night. We went to the one in Orchard Mesa and were really bummed. In ordering a chimichanga, they charged $7 for carne asada instead of ground beef and the chimichanga was tiny - about 2" big. They neglected to keep beans off or our plates despite our asking and they forgot to give us the happy hour prices for our drinks. We felt badly and didn't complain, although I did ask about the drink prices and the waiter handed me two quarters. We don't go out much and when we do, it's special, but last night was anything but special. We know Aztecas does better than this. And, $7 for the beef? Really?
Good sized portions & friendly staff! I have been here 5 times now & only good vibes here! The staff all seem to support eachother & food is quick & fresh!!

I remember when you first opened as a restaurant years ago. You have made so many improvements. Wonderful food, friendly service and close to home on Orchard Mesa. We definitely will be back. Great menu of interesting items. Highly recommend you!!
This place is always clean. The salsa is always fresh. The food is fantastic and there is more than enough with each dinner to fill somebody up.
