Worst service by a server I have witnessed so far. At the Horizon location at 3:50p (well before a rush and it was slow). She was rude, she rarely spoke, never came back to check for refills and the bartender mixed up my wife drink with another and he became rude when we mentioned something to him. Never going to this location again. The only reason it deserves the 1 star is because the food was good.
omg the club sandwich was amazing. It could have been better if they had the option to add more tomatoes to the sandwich but either way it was so yummy. The onion rings have way too much breading on them. The triple chocolate brownie thing was amazing. Minus the onion rings this meal was delicious
I ordered delivery the Friday before last and I got the steak, which I was excited about. When it got here it was a paper thin piece of steak that was burnt to a crisp and unedible, the potatoes that came with it had no seasoning at all and were cold. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who was nice she said she would refund me and I could order again so I did I got the same terrible steak and I still have yet to receive a refund almost 2 weeks later! Terrible! I will never order from here again!
I was honestly very disappointed. I went late night on a Sunday.. the steak was not cooked properly. The mashed potatoes were powdery. The broccoli chesses was blah. The drink was good. This is not the kind of food I would ever pay for again.
Overall I wish I could leave a no star. For one our drinks took a long time to get. We got the 2 for 24. We waited over 40 minutes to get our salads. Server didn't check on us but once the entire time. I ordered a medium steak and it was dead. Deader than an elk on the first day of hunting. Mashed potatoes colder than my ex's heart with a dollop of bland. The 3 year old only wanted a corndog, nope we had to order a whole meal cause the company won't let you order a single item.
Decided to make an online order for pickup. Placed the order around 3:40pm for pickup at 6:30pm. Checked in at 6:21pm and had someone come out to my car to confirm I was there for pickup. Then, I waited for another 10 minutes before calling back to confirm that my food was on the way. I was then lectured by Susanne M. about how me calling in is the reason why my food was delayed on not brought out to me.Once the food was brought out, she then decided to chew me out at my car, telling me that I shouldn't have called in because it prevented her from bringing it to me and then proceeded to tell me that they have cameras around the building to inform them of who is here, even though the pickup sign gives me a phone number to call. Don't call them, apparently, that's a big no-no in their books.Thanks Susanne M. ?Edit: the GM called me and apologized. Thank you so much.
1st time- All pasta was sold out for to go.2nd time - Waited for a hostess to greet us for 15 minutes and left.3rd time - Never got our appetizer, Bourbon street chicken was burnt just overall not good.
Cook needs more experience cooking sirloin. I asked for a medium cooked sirloin and got a bone tough piece of meat. Our server was very understanding when I wanted to return my plate. No harm no foul. The rest of my food got pretty cold tho. I'll be back, not for the sirloin tho, probably for the salmon ?
We were a party of two. We were waiting in the front for more than 5 mins without anyone saying a word to us. You could clearly see they have maybe 4 tables in the restaurant. There was 3 servers walking around, a manager and a bartender and they all made eye contact with us but talked amongst themselves and walked around. When one of the servers had seen that we were becoming impatient with the lack of acknowledgement she approched us and asked why no one had greeted us yet? (Thank you to her by the way for the acknowledgement). However, when she sat us she brought us to a dirty table that was next to a larger party ( of about 8 or so). We had to awkwardly wait next to them while she "wiped" it off.After she let us know she was our server. She proceeded to take our order. (While the manager stood at a server side station near the bar taking with other servers just staring at us) Weird.Now, our server was busy with the other party next to us, but meanwhile made us feel like a burden for our remaining time there. The other servers didn't seem to being doing much besides talking with the manger, eating a meal at one of the high tops in the bar area and clearly not caring about the "guests" around them. Not once did anyone else in the restaurant acknowledge us. I won't be back and definitely don't recommend it to anyone else. The food was good though! Maybe order to go?
food was excellent and the Employee's were very helpful and nice! Haven't had a bad food! it's always great food. !
