my boyfriend & i absolutely LOVE this little place! they are so friendly and very fast. i order the bacon, egg, & cheddar biscuit & he gets chicken & waffles. 10/10! we just moved to the area two months ago and we’ve already been 10+ times haha
Quick and delicious! Food truck with lovely outside seating. Who knew a mall could a charming place to eat delicious food?! Biscuits are tender and perfect. Chicken delicious. Green chili tasty.
We order Alarado's breaksfast burritos usually once a week. And the green chili is so good. Plus fantastic owner and customer service. Can't be beat!

We stopped here for breakfast. The food was just ok nothing crazy. I feel like their prices are a bit high for the portion and size of the meals. I wasn’t a fan of the gravy. It wasn’t very flavorful. The burrito was good but with gravy? That was something different and I was not a fan of it. No one in my party felt like it was worth eating here. The breakfast bowl was good but a bit small for the price. The sandwich was meh. Overall it was overpriced and nothing out of this world.
Amazing little food truck. Great breakfast menu with a number of options. Amazing green Chile and great tortillas. Can’t recommend enough!
we got a chorizo breakfast burrito ? add green chili and biscuits and gravy with green chili and it is unbelievably amazing ?? the crew was extremely friendly, very quick service I highly recommend
Great fried chicken. Chicken and waffles is great if you want some sweet, smothered chicken and biscuit with either sausage gravy or green chili is great if you want savory.
