First time here, this place is amazing! So clean. Workers are nice. This is the best place to go to eat burgers, wings, and pizza! They have a salad bar to. Amazing definitely coming here again!!!! *if you want the best server ask for Mathew he is an amazing employee and so kind I really appreciate it*!!
In a word WOW. Echoing a good many of the posts. Only place in Golden on a wait. We know because we had a chance to walk the city prior to our table being ready. Was expecting normal pizza buffet fare but Woodys far exceeded my high expectations. Any type of pizza you could imagine was on buffet. The pizza chefs even took requests. I tried pizza types I would've never ordered. They were all excellent both in cook and use of fresh toppings/sauces. The salad bar had just the right amount of fixings along with homemade croutons. Didnt care for the soup of the night but that was a personal preference (potato cheese). Even though there was lag time in available pizza at times the music and atmosphere made up for it. It was also good to see patrons heeding the 2-3 slice at a time rule. Our server was excellent. Oh try the honey on crust. Not for everyone but i enjoyed it. Will definitely be back next time I'm in area.
My adult children, my wife and I visited this pizza restaurant last night and really enjoyed our dining experience. One of our sons had been here many times, but it was everyone else's first time here. The outside of the restaurant was nicely decorated, we had to wait one full hour before we were seated! (6:30-7:30pm wait), the place was packed with people, our server was friendly, efficient and fast, the menu had a wide variety of choices, our large pizzas were fantastic! (they provide honey to put on your pizza crusts), the men's restroom was very small and decently clean, and they were cool about us having a fun family dinner together for 2 hours without making us feel we needed to leave. You've gotta check out this golden nugget of a pizza restaurant, well-known in the area for their excellent pizza nestled in historic, downtown Golden, CO near Rt. 6, 470, & I-70!
Our server Daniel was excellent. They have outdoor, covered patio, and in door seating. Dogs on patio. Great buffet deal with salad and soup bar and pizza slices. Lots of pizza styles, and you can request a specific one. Also have sandwiches. Fun drinks too.

Great variety of pizza, beverages & other menu items. The pizza buffet was perfectly priced & delicious. If included a full salad bar & beer cheese soup. You could order any pizza you wanted and they would make it. Highly recommend!
Visiting Golden and saw that this place had a high rating so thought we would try it. Totally impressed and I am picky! Food was amazing, got garlic knots and a pizza hand tossed with olive oil sauce and meats. Amazing service and food, this place would be a much visited place if I lived here!
Some of the best wings ever. Any time we are traveling around the Denver area we make the drive over to Woody's. The pizza is fantastic and all you can eat. The wings are on a whole nother level. I am not a big fan of Buffalo sauce but whatever they are doing with that sauce it is perfect. The restaurant can get busy so expect a wait During lunchtime. It's worth it.
Fun atmosphere and service. Beer cheese soup and garlic knots are excellent. Funky Buddha pizza is pretty good, though not as flavorful as promised. Would go again.
A popping place for sure. Lively spot with great pizza and drinks. The buffet is a great way to go. The drinks were unique to the area and quite good. Definitely recommend.
