Bad customer service and when we wanted to order the dining room was closed so the manager named Kristy refused service to us because we didn't have a car but there was no one going though the drive thru last night so I am extremely disappointed in this Wendy I will have to take my business elsewhere and DO NOT eat at this Wendy bad service
Corrected in the drive thru that we wanted chicken nuggets probably five times. Got rung up for a chicken sandwich even when we corrected them at payment window. They then changed the drink size for one of the drinks to a small when we ordered the medium. Burger given to us had a cooked patty, but was as if it had been sitting there considering the fact that the cheese on it never melted and tasted cold.
This Wendys across from Colorado Mills was a joke! Ordered late evening via mobile app. Arrived and not only had food not been started, I waited 10 min at the window before they ask me to pull around to front as it would take 5-6 min ti cook chicken. Why weren't they cooked already after all this time?? I pulled around and waited 8-9 min. As I ate the sandwiches, 1 was very hot, 1 was old and cold and dry! After waiting that long, why not give hot chicken on both sandwiches?? In addition, it only had mayo and lettuce on them. Where were the tomatoes and pickles? I wrote to Wendy's Corp and have not heard back after weeks! I will not give them my business again!!
Just wanted to make a quick mention of the great job that Alan did tonight on my order. He was friendly and patient and courteous. He told me he was a new employee there and I think that Wendy's really lucked out by hiring him. He was very upfront about the fact that he was new and to forgive him if it was going to be a minute to figure out the computer. He had no problem with the computer actually. Asked for help once and the rest of the time was super efficient at getting my order placed. Seems like him and I are probably close to the same age and here he is starting over with a job at Wendy's most likely. Impressive! So good luck Alan and thanks for being a good dude! Best Wendy's I've ever been to. They are consistently great - friendly, fast, and hot food. I've never had an issue here, and I will drive out of my way just to come to this location.
Drive through took over 30minutes for 5 cars. Dining room is currently under remodel.
Went 10 minutes out of my way on my way to work, only to find out they’re under construction. It is really easy to update Google. Total laziness!
The young man & young lady working the window & drive through on Wed, Dec 29th at 1945 ... were slammed!!! I was one of the lazy @$$es in line.. it was a long line but they were on top of their game... good customer service, courteous, expedient & proficient... I had a decent size order & it was perfecto.
All of my meal was good and hot. They were also very quick and friendly.
Except for being out of Tomatoes our quick meal was still better than most other fast food restaurants. Their chili needs to be spicier, more flavor.
