I ordered a party platter on Friday to pick up Sunday at 11:00 AM. When I arrived Subway had no knowledge of the order. They promised to have it ready and delivered to me in an hour. Two and a half hours later I drove back to pick it up. The order was done but not what I ordered. I was told they could not find me. I have tried to contact the assistant manage, Lenny.. No one answers the phone. I have tried to contact corporate and have been on chat an hour trying to voice my concern. No response.
Went in last evening at almost closing, the young man was friendly and very helpful. The sandwich however was not. The bread hadn't even been baked ( didn't notice till I got home) it was a meatball footlong, so it was toasted, but that was it. Seems he picked bread from the raised pan, that hadn't even been in the oven. Perhaps more training is needed here. Plus the store was very poorly stocked. Very dissapointed. Hope things can improve
Food was good service was good. Not sure what was going on with one dude behind the counter though, seemed like he was tweeking.
This subway is under poor management!They have no stock of chips, no medium or large soda cups, no stock of their bottled drinks and 2/3 of their soda is out! Plus they were out if 1/3 of their vegetables! Worst ever experience I have had at subway
Even they need to improve on their Cx service it was good
