Probably the best Starbucks I have ever been to. Clean, polite, and professional. Every experience is better than the last whether it be a Monday or a Saturday. The only time I have ever encountered anything amiss is when an older man with a black hat in front of me in the drive thru began attacking a young woman (possibly a high schooler) in front of me, claiming that she was blocking him and flipped him off causing her obvious, unnecessary distress; what a crazy weirdo. Anyways, this is the best Starbucks in Golden by far, and I would recommend this location to anyone :)
This Starbucks has a nice lobby. Great for getting together with friends or for working on homework. The staff also seems friendly.
This Starbucks is the absolute worst in Golden. One of their employees actually had the guts to block me from getting out of the parking lot, then she flipped me off, and they called the cops on me. They have a district manager who decides everything in a very one-sided manner. The store manager is very new and has no idea what she is doing. The only good employee I have seen at this store is a guy by the name of Jake, very professional. Go to village roaster in Lakewood Colorado, excellent coffee and tea,and a great selection of spices and anything else that you could want. If you are tired of burnt coffee ☕️ try village roaster, they are the best.
One star for randomly closing the lobby, they do this way too often. They say they don’t have enough staff yet the King Soopers across the street can operate with one employee. I usually order via the app for pickup as my car with rocket box won’t fit under their awning…so I have to walk thru the drive-thru…very unsafe. Also, the whole point of ordering via the app is so I don’t have to wait forever in the drive-thru.
Horrible I've gone there twice to get hot chocolate and both times they were close your website says that you open at 5. When I've gone there you guys weren't open at 5:20 I went this morning at 6:20 and you guys still weren't open. You need to get your hours straighen out I'm going to start going to dutch brothers for now on
Manager was extremely rude. I was at the drive up order speaker and tossed my "dip" onto the ground. This is chewing tobacco. The mangers told me there is not a trash can there. I aked excuse me? He repeated no trash can. I told him I was throwing my chew on the ground. He then replied sorry. I said he should clean up all the trash on the ground, he replied we will not serve you.
Seems like random chance their open after 5 pm. Staffing issues. Skip drinks that get stored they arent dumping excess product through shifts properly.
Manager believed we were throwing trash on the ground during our order. We do not litter. We mentioned there was trash outside and his response was to say he would not serve us. As we drove off, he sarcastically waved at us through the take out window.
Your standard run of the mill overpriced, burnt Seattle coffee company. But the staff was friendly and helpful.
Went to get a coffee on Saturday night at 745 pm and they closed early! Why have posted hours and not stick to them
