Fast & friendly service. The store was clean. All the windows and natural light was very welcoming & comfortable to get some work done on my computer.
They were out of verona coffee so had to settle for pikes which I don't like nearly as much but settled with. Don't drink the other crazy drinks, just want straight coffee. Wife's foo food drink was good like usual.
Sign on the door indicated that the lobby hours would be modified soon so check before you go. Drive-thru line can be long but moves pretty quickly.

They are never open when I go. The sign on the door says no lobby dining and the drive they closes at 5. Really? You can also at least up date your hours on Google so please stop coming in after 5 to get a rude awakening.
Annoying that I request a drink that is served regularly (iced Carmel macchiato) but in a larger size that I'm told that " it cannot be done"Really!?!? Sell me 2 16 oz drinks and serve them in 1 32 is cup.....how difficult is that? Never asked for a discount, Just for a larger drink, so I don't have to carry 2 cups, or waste a cup!!Shameful poor customer service, and an absolute attitude about it. No very accommodating!
I've been going to this location for 10 years and lately it's definitely declined in service and products they offer. Last time I went both espresso machines were broken and all they could offer me was a cold brew coffee. They've been out of peppermint syrup for months. I saw the manager lock the doors for no apparent reason so that people were forced to go through the drive-thru and now they're only doing drive-thru. It really sucks to see this place decline. I've gotten to know the employees there over the years and a lot of people that work there are fantastic.New management??
FYI it's closed Oct 2 at 12pm. And they are Drive in only at this time. Per the sign on the door.
The staff is super friendly. But I feel they need a little more training on drinks or need to slow down and pay attention to what people order. The last couple times I have come they have gotten my drink wrong. This morning I got an upside down caramel macchiato with blonde shots and extra caramel. There is the slightest amount of caramel drizzle, the drink tastes like it never even got the vanilla flavor in it. It also tastes like regular espresso and not blonde. Just really bummed this morning as I was craving the sweet taste and got butter.
One of the best Starbucks around. Staff here are always friendly and quick, even if they are shorthanded.
