Seasoned Swine is one of the best bbq spots I’ve been to, and I consider myself quite the connoisseur! If you’re a carnivore and anywhere near Golden, Colorado, you absolutely must stop here. Once you arrive, go upstairs, they have both indoor & outdoor seating.You’ve got to try their Candied Ribs with their custom seasoning, which is smoked for 3 hours, sprayed with brown sugar to candy them and make the smoke stick. The ribs are good dry or with their sweet sauce. Absolutely delicious!You also need to get a side of their Cherry Smoked Beans made with sweet stuff & savory stuff.
Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, & tasty. The sauces were wonderful, beans & potato salad were yummy....pulled pork, brisket, sausage, & burnt ends were totally incredible. Definitely will be back?

Fantastic food and service. The smoked meats were the best I've had. The pulled pork was moist and not stringy like other places. The brisket was equally moist with just the right amount of fat. The smoked beans were tasty but I'd like to see little chunks of meat added. Another in party loved the Mac and cheese. Will definitely go out of my way to stop by again.
Stopped by while in Golden to try a local eatery while on a business trip. I ordered 1/4 lb of each of the brisket and pulled pork with a small side of cherry wood smoked beans.The brisket was moist and with the Carolina mustard sauce was brilliant. The pulled pork was really nice and the beans topped it off nicely.Atmosphere is awesome and the owner took time to chat about his love of BBQ. Just a totally great experience.Give the chains restaurants a break and do yourself a favor while in or around Golden, Co. Stop by, say hello and grab some nice BBQ.
My husband and I wondered in my accident and had a great time! We loved the brisket nachos. I’m excited to come back and try all of the bbq. Great staff. The owner Jacob is super cool. The atmosphere is super chill. We will definitely be back soon!
Damn good BBQ, cheap booze, laid back atmosphere. Not really sure what else you would be looking for in a BBQ joint. Originally ordered The Boss and Brisket Tacos, ended up taking a rack of ribs home for dinner because the food was that good. Do yourself a favor and check this place out
We love visiting after hiking near Golden! I have an allergy to red meat, so I always appreciate it when smoked/BBQ chicken is done well. And Seasoned Swine has some succulent chicken! I love the Colobama Chicken Sandwich. The cornbread has been great! Love the green chile variety. I haven't had anything there yet they I don't like. The owner, Jacob, has greeted our table every time we've been. You can't beat that hospitality! Ample patio seating when the weather is nice. Good amount of parking on site.
Simple place but damn good food. We tried brisket tacos and burned ends, plus vinegar slaw as a side; meat was incredibly tasty, the house sauce is very good, as well as the other ones. The vinegar slaw was just bad, but with the meat it doesn't matter much ;)
