This place has really gone downhill, and working at School of Mines I’ve had their breakfast burritos for 11 years. The price has gone up, and the size has gone down. If you like eating eggshells, you’re in luck. Eggs were so overcooked they tasted burnt. Chile and cheese were so sparse that the burritos were dry as a bone and not spicy at all. Never ever again will this place get a cent of my money. I’d rather go hungry.
Had 1 lady working walk ins a second was taking care of the tables and they all were fantastic the waitress that served us was amazing never missed a beat food was exceptional and it was nice to actually see the smile on our waitresses face like she actually enjoyed her job
Food was really good. Lots of options. Many items can be bought ala cart so you can build a meal to your tastes. Our party of seven had no issues with seating and the food was ready quickly. Had a few hiccups ( out of clean silverware, out of or couldn't make certain foods, etc due to short staff, but that was pretty common in most places during our trip to Colorado. Those things did not detract from our meal.

they were short staffed, but very nice and the cashier did his best to keep up with everthing and he was doing a good job and the food tasted delicious

They had more than half the place blocked off and were moping floors in the middle of the day. No a huge deal but just added to everything else. The lady at the cash register was cussing and talking about other customers. Her pupils were the size of olives. They were out of 3 of their items. I asked for no onions and my meal came out smothered in them. They took it back and brought it back 2 minutes later, still with onions under the cheese so they obviously didn't prepare it again. Every employee except one young lady looked very dirty and not put together nicely. Their green chili was flavorless and usually its amazing. This was not the normal Santiago experience. We came here only because the line at Bonfire was too long. We will wait in the long line next time.
