Best authentic tacos hands down! The Pastor (pork) with sautéed vegetables were absolutely amazing. Chipotle fries were a great addition. And the churros...incredible! What you don't always experience with a food truck is the interactions, but Francisco, he walked around to greet us and share information about his amazing menu. Please come and experience the great food and hospitality.

Absolutely amazing! We had the huachadilla with Pork. Francisco added grilled veggies too to round out the flavors. Best idea ever! Now to top it…add some grilled pineapple!!!! Thank you Francisco!

Francisco not only makes one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever had but he is also a very nice guy!I have been wanting to try this little spot for the longest time. I drive by it almost everyday. Finally I took the plunge. The reviews were impeccable and so was my breakfast. Looking forward to trying the tacos!Thanks La Huacha & CO!
The best Al Pastor tacos in the area. The owner is so nice and when we ordered our tacos, we mentioned that we were getting just a cheese quesadilla for our daughter and he added to the order and didn't want to charge us for it. Such a pleasant experience, friendly, AMAZING food - we can't wait to come back again and again. Don't forget to order the horchata, so good :)
I almost hesitate to leave a review because I don’t want lines to wrap down the street for my favorite taco place… however, I feel it’s my duty. This post is to let vegetarians know that this is the best VEGGIE taco I’ve ever had. The vegetarian taco here is the perfect mixture of acid, fat, salt, heat and a creamy side salsa that’s phenomenal. Tacos are served with sautéed onions and a grilled hot pepper. Recently the owner has added some extras which are also absolutely wonderful. The fries and churros are spot on. This is a small business pumping out quality food made with love and a lot of hustle. Show them some love!
Soooo good! I had the chorizo and al pastor tacos and both were amazing! The al pastor is from a trompo which is pretty hard to find around here. Also the churros are awesome! The owner is also super nice! Definitely will be going back many times.
Yooooooo, pocket sized tacos that taste like heaven and cost less than fast food versions. The owner is super sweet, and the food is top notch.
Our family loves this place! The tacos are some of the best we have had in a really long time and they are just the friendliest people! Couldn’t recommend it more!!
