I ordered over a month ago only to find out they don't deliver. Yet they took my order and payment. I have yet to receive the $70 refund. The store staff was rude when I inquired initially about my missing order and even more rude about the refund. Don't order from this pizza hut!
I’ve moved over to Golden recently from central Denver and this Pizza Hut is consistently FAR superior to any of the central Denver stores we used to order from. The manager is friendly and clearly cares about her product.
We had been wanting to go to Pizza Hut for some time. Chose this one because it was close. It was a little cold inside so we left but decided we could at least eat the pizza in the truck. Went back in to order take out and they had turned the heat up so we stayed. It’s newish inside and not the most inviting but it was the best pizza we’ve had in a very long time. So glad we didn’t leave.
This was the first restaurant I ate from when I arrived in US as an exchange student. When the worker found out that I'm a foreigner, she gave me a warm welcome and started to comfort me. Regarding the food, it is one of the best pizza restaurants I've tried in my life.
The fast and friendly service is the key. My pizza and other items have never been wrong, raw, burned or missing. This is my go to Pizza Hut EVERY time.
We understand everywhere is short staffed but our order was very late and when it finally arrived it was cold and just tasted awful. Usually we have a great experience but last night was just awful. We are very disappointed.
customer service the best and i know it may be weird to say this even though every pizza hut uses same ingridients but the food was so good compared to other locations

I've been ordering pizza here for a while now since moving to Golden and I'm really impressed with the quality and consistency of their service. I don't think they have ever gotten an order of mine wrong. Great job Golden Pizza Hut! You guys are awesome!
