The staff here is always friendly. The food is hot and fresh I appreciate the service and smiles from the staff. They also give mall employees discounts which is very convenient.
Horrible experience. Got a premium entree and had 2 small pieces of meat; the rest was vegetables. When we asked about it, they told us there was nothing they could do.
Sign says open at 11:00 they told me it opens at 12:00 they serve somebody at 11:15 I came back to ask are they open they said no they open at 12:00 came back again at 11:38 and they were serving everybody. Simply atrocious management. A lot of laziness going on here
Going to be honest number of times used to go and not be enthusiastic to have to eat at the food court. Recently though I'm starting to be a fan of the food court version over the chain version.2 plate with orange and teriyaki chicken.Super moist, super warm, and extremely generous for the usual. Awesome service from Dixie I believe.
For some reason they always forget part of my order. Also if you go through the drive thru they don't put as much food. Tip: go in and watch them prepare it!
It was fresh off the grill, but being ran over by a scooter was no fun and embarrassing. Granted not their fault but the wait for fresh food and a crazy scooter Karen no fun

Ordered online through the app so the food would be ready when I got there - ordered an hour in advance, gave my arrival time 20min before my actually ETA because I know they never have the food ready in time. When I arrived, only then do they start the food, and announce that they’re out of fried rice and I’ll have to wait 15min… I ordered an hour in advance! This just reminded me why I had stopped going to Panda Express.
The food is on par with other Panda Express locations. The wait time is to long. I give them credit with running the location with only two employees.
The lady ( light blue shirt manager or supervisor not sure) she is really rude and it's ridiculous that they charge for a cup of tap water $1.00
