Good hot & fresh food. We got there right during the busy lunch rush and it took a little longer than expected to get our food.It also seemed like they were short staffed, no surprise there nowadays.
If I could leave 0 out of 5 stars I would leave a -5. We we went to get the mcdouble bundle which is a single mcdouble and a small fry for about $3. I believe the total was $3.55.. However the guy charged us wrong for $8.14 instead and when we asked about it at the window they fixed it, however when they gave us our bag there was no fries in it like it should come with the bundle so and we told the young woman with the two snake bite piercings and dark hair that this order was wrong and we were supposed to get a small fry in here, she didn't say sorry, she didn't smile, and she reacted as if we were being rude. My grandma was at the window ordering for us and she was not rude to this anyone and to have one of your workers react so poorly to us simply saying our order was incorrect because nobody checked before giving out the bag is a serious problem and it's completely unprofessional on her part. Not to mention she gave the bag back pretty rudely as well. I understand work there may be difficult at times and you may experience hard costumers but you have no right to treat everyone that way coming through. My grandmother doesn't deserve to get attitude from your workers just because her order was wrong and wanted it fixed.
Mc Donald's I don't recommend because it's not a place any one would say hey go to McDonald s It's awesome . Going once in a while is okay ... No one understands you .You never get ketchup unless you ask or napkins .. It is , what is is .Not really fast !! They make you sit in a parking lot !!! To keep their timing .. If the fries are fresh and hot they are good . Then they get mad .Say it will be 5 minutes. Like you are a bother .
You HAVE to place your order on the kiosk. If you ask for help, they tell you to follow the instructions on the screen. I saw an elderly gentleman trying to figure it out and when he asked he was told follow the on screen instructions. I walked around and helped him. I am NOT an employee, but they were unwilling to help. Because this is a slow restaurant, the food was not hot and the fries were so soggy. I now know to go to Burger King or Wendy's because McDonald's just doesn't care.
Employees here don't know how to listen or make food. I requested no onions, got onions. I paid for a sweet tea, got an unsweet tea. Total rip off
I already dislike McDonald's because of how bad it is for your health, but my kid likes it -1 star. I ordered through Door Dash, and they forgot our fries with the COMBO meals -2 stars because 2 orders of fries were missing. The food tasted horrible, and I was reminded why I never eat this "food" -1 star.I can go on and on.
Keep coming here before work and they always get backed up, never give a receipt then have you park in a spot. I get it’s busy but if you’re gonna have me wait and then not have it in the system that I parked in #6 and this is my order you’re gonna have to take my word on what I ordered bud, I wanted a receipt and I didn’t get one.
I wouldn't normally rate a McDonald's and honestly I probably eat McDonald's 2-3x a year but this location blew my mind on the way up for a ski trip. I had a truck load of 5 guys all ordering separately through the drive thru and thought for sure our order would be impossible to keep up with but they NAILED it!Super fast for the quantity of food we ordered (a lot) and seriously some of the best McDonald's I can ever remember having (I was 100% sober by the way, lol), hot, fresh, and not the typical cheeseburger that looks like it sat under a heat lamp for 45 minutes after being run over by a truck...Everyone was friendly and especially with Covid and a shortage of employees - This location deserves a serious pat on the back!
I pop in here every now and then, and it's always a good experience. I have always received 100% friendly, accurate, and fresh from this location. This location is better than any Mc Donald's that I've been to.
Decent customer service but fries were very very old even for McDonald's and the burger made me sick.
