Service left a lot to be desired. Incorrectly processed order as to go that was dine in. Lacked basic items like orange juice on a Saturday morning. No biscuits. Muffin looked like it was bitten into(could just have been torn but can’t verify either) on freshly unwrapped sandwich.Didn’t even have anything to line the trays that had to be requested after already striking out.You get what you pay for I guess.
this and many many more pieces were inside 2 of my frappuccinos I ordered this morning. explains why my throat hurts. I took the drink back and kept removing pieces out of my drink with the straw to show the manager something was wrong.all she said was I'm sorry these drinks are premade in the machine would you like a refund or another frappuccino?I said you're going to make me another drink from the machine that is broken before even inspecting it??? I said I'm never coming back. you're in the food industry. if I had someone come tell me that I'd be tearing that machine down right away or atleast cancel them from the menu until the issue is resolved. 0/10 starsedit: more pics
Came here for breakfast to get some carmel frapps and burritos. Some guy came in and said that his coffee had a salsa packet in it that was blended into the coffee like it had fallen into the machine and been mixed into the coffee blend. I decided to not get coffee so I got a soda instead, the soda wasn't carbonated and the syrup tasted old and almost moldy. The food was really good but the drink were subpar
Staff was clearly busy and it was a mess behind the counter, and the ice cream machine had been pulled out from the wall.BUT, all the team members seemed to have pulled together to make good service happen. There was a lot of rushing around, I heard someone in the back say "thank you for doing that" and when I went to the register to pay for my kiosk order (the PayPal there was broken), Martin (the manager/supervisor) promptly came to greet me and apologized for the inconvenience. And I can tell this was a genuine response.On top of that, I accidentally spilled half of my water bottle on the floor at the soda fountain. I went to Martin asking for a mop, and despite my insistence, he kept refusing, saying they would take care of it. Even the other guy behind the counter stepped in and said it was no problem. There wasn't any sign of frustration from either of them.I absolutely appreciated this McDonalds team during my visit. You guys were a great example of genuine customer service!
This location never fails to mess up my order. I’ve given them countless chances and I don’t remember a single time they got an order right. The staff is incompetent and unprofessional.
Manager was kind and helpful when i sued the app for the first time. Also, woman in drive thru (collects payment), she has lots of lapels/ pins. She's worked there awhile typically morning shift. I've seen her alot in the evening too, overtime due to staffing. Just want to commend her and thank her for her hardwork. In this labor market, (myself a manager) "give credit where credit is due". My son when younger won Employee of the Month. I support this McDonald's, they all have been hardworking through the years. Team~smile more, you're awesome!
I was just there intending to eat in the dining area. There were only 2 employees up front with 1other person waiting to order. After being ignored for 5 minutes & asked the guest in front of me how long he has been waiting. He got there about 5 minutes before I did, so about 10 minutes. There was a single staff member making the drive through & this gentleman putting together ordered. I believe he was a manager of some sort. After being ignored for about 5 more minutes the guest in front of me states screw it & left. My daughter & I lasted a couple of minutes after that. I don’t appreciate being ignored. I can completely understand a staffing shortage, but to completely ignore the walk in patrons is terrible customer service. I knew there was an issue with staffing as I had visited this location many times. I can say, I may never be back, at least until this staffing issue is resolved or that get a manager that cares as much about walk in guests as much as it appeared he cared about the drive through.
If I could add 0 stars, I would. Ordered an iced coffee, a hot fudge Sunday, and a Mocha Frappe. Upon receiving the order and driving away. I drank the iced coffee and the amount of cream was extremely overwhelming, and not only that, the most disgusting thing is the fact that there was a FLY inside the drink, just floating on the coffee. Made me almost puke. The ice cream tasted like it was expired, as well as the mocha frappe. A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Do not go to this McDonald's, there are better ones out there.
Honestly, the only good McDonald's we had ever been to. They served us very cold nuggets by mistake. I went in, and they gave a heart-felt apology, remade them right away, and threw in a few extra. They almost always get your order right and outto you right away. Great customer service.
Still no shakes. They said their shake machine is broken, waiting on a part ( for two months) Obviously they don’t care. I would think corporate would have some checks and balances over independently owned franchises. Just another sign of an owner that doesn’t care!
