I visited the location in Golden twice over two days. I always look for New York style pizza whenever I travel. This place has very high ratingsFirst impression was the incredibly friendly staff. Presley was very welcoming from the onset and made great suggestions.I ordered two cheese slices on each visit. The crust was great, the cheese and sauce were very good. Unfortunately, in my experience NYC pizzas are a tad bit more greasy than NY style pizzas in other cities, this went the other way. It was too greasy. The oil on the second slice literally soaked through the crust and made that slice impossible to finish.However, overall it was good enough to visit a second time. Not as bad in the second trip but still would benefit from a little less oil. I shall certainly try to visit again but may ask them to go easy on the oil.I would love to give this place 5 stars in the future.
Recent NYC transplant here. This is far and away the best standard (non-neapolitan) pizza I've had in Colorado. Cosmos is comparable to a passable NYC slice. I've had em like that and wasn't mad about it. But Lil Ricci's is like a slice shop I would happily frequent. excellent taste, crispy bottom. So glad I happened to be hungry at home Depot.

I had the Mussels (pictured) and they come with the best dang bread knots EVAH! Wife had an All Meat Calzone. She was pleased that there wasn't crust "overload", that there was just the right amount of meats/cheeses/crust. My Mussels were AWESOME. And, you can get bread knots as a side, so GET SOME!!!

Had a great experience at Lil Ricci's in Golden tonight! The service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We ordered a salad, baked pasta sampler, and pizza to share. Everything was great. My son loved the pizza crust and the stuffed shells in the baked pasta sampler were my favorite. We will definitely be back when we're in the area again!
Greek pizza had very little taste and fewer ingredients. Sausage rolls should have been pepperoni and cooked less than scorched crunchy. The studded shells had a great flavor & the marinara was very tasty but seriously, stuffed manicotti would have been a better choice with less sauce and provolone instead of mozzarella. Stuffed shells are just a lazy cook's manicotti. There needs to be an edit done to the map location to reflect the right amount of dollar signs. They should be rated at $$$ instead of just two. This is Colorado but the map suggestions should reflect a NATIONAL rating instead of a local one. In general restaurants in this area should all be raised by at least an additional $ across the entire listings. If you are from the Midwest, be warned. It's far more expensive here than back East. Bring tons of money with you if you expect to do anything more than just drive through the area. If this is your destination ... BRING LOTS OF CASH ‼️
Driving to Winter Park from the airport, couldn’t find a good spot to stop so we happened upon this place. Wow! Great food! Great service-low key atmosphere. Will come back for sure!
Ordered carbonara and received the following. Would not refund me when confronted. Never again.
Food was good according to my son . I didn’t order for fear of our waitress attitude! I asked waitress if she could wipe down our table because there was food crumbs left all over table, she came back with drinks and silverware, so I asked her again if she could wipe down table. She came back with dripping wet towel and asked us to pick up everything off table so she could wipe! Table was left dripping wet! I had to wipe table down with napkins!So needless to say I decided not to order for fear she might do something to my food!!!! My son enjoyed his meal! Waitress had a serious attitude problem ?
Grabbed a slice yesterday and it was the closest to NY style pizza I have had since coming from the east. Large, plenty of flop, and the cheese and sauce were dialed in. Great flavor. Highly recommend!
