Went in at the later hour of their business hours. The team happily whipped up 4 sandwiches for my friends and I. They were delicious and well made - with a few minutes left if their shift. Francis, Alexis, and Zoe were friendly with great work ethic. Such a wonderful first impression of Launch.
This place is REALLY expensive. We had better portions and quality food, better customer service, and better pricing from another Cafe in Denver. The turkey was dry, the sandwich was just thrown together and kind of bland. We just expected more for the price and were pretty let down. The coffee, however, was great and worth the price by any means.
I love this place. What a gem! The staff are incredibly sweet. The iced americano was the best I’ve ever had and the food is great too. Just remember that although it has a drive thru, it is not fast food. It is, however, great quality food! If you’re looking for something fast, go to Starbucks ;)
So disappointed with this morning breakfast, we came at 7:00 am this Easter Sunday the first clients my husband ordered a fig, prosciutto and greens (no photo) and I got the egg, cheese, turkey and guacamole sandwich. As you can see the guacamole is very black already, so that tells me that is old and the egg was some leftover cold (as we are leaving I saw them making a new and fresh batch of eggs) and not good at all, it felt like someone that doesn’t like their job made it.In our receipt says that the person that took our order her name is Erin, not friendly at All, first time and last time coming to this location. My husband sandwich was horribly assembled, one side with fig spread and the other side without it, the prosciutto was a ball of meat in the center of the sandwich, my husband had to open it and re assemble. Not worth the money and who ever gave them so many stars needs to reevaluate because not even the coffee was tasting good.My husband wants me to say that they did greeted us when we came in, I say at least we got greeted.
Friendly staff, great food, and cute atmosphere. Definitely on the list for our next visit! ?
I don’t have enough words to describe how much I love this place. Most of the employees are incredibly friendly and easy to talk with. The environment is always welcoming, playlists are always spot on, and the food is so good. Plus they have so many plants that are impossible not to buy!!! Love this place ?
We stopped here in 2020 and loved this place. Since then, the sandwiches (very expensive BTW) have decreased significantly in quality, which is incredibly disappointing for what you pay in price. On this occasion we ordered two breakfast burritos, coffees, and a sandwich, and waited over 20 minutes “for the eggs to cook”. When we finally got our meal, the sandwich had very little meat on it and we had to go in to ask for more. 12 dollars for a sandwich with one piece of turkey that we waited 20 minutes for doesn’t seem fair. The gentleman who worked there was understanding and threw more meat on it, but I’m not sure that we’ll return to Launch, as the wait, the prices, and the portions are not worth it any longer. Bummer.
Really nice place that I would have never known existed as it’s sitting behind a bunch of new construction. This area will be popular soon though. I really enjoyed the location and the coffee. Kinda expensive though for food. All the folks there were really nice.
We really lucked out by choosing Launch to cater our rehearsal dinner. They offered us an extensive tasting prior to our event. When our March 2020 wedding was postponed, they let us move the deposit to another date. We had them cater our microwedding ceremony later that year in July 2020, then our rehearsal dinner when we were able to do our bigger reception in November 2021. Myself and the bridesmaids got smoothies, sandwiches, and salads from Launch the day of the big event.Launch has been amazing to work with and their food is seriously so good. I'm definitely a meat eater but their vegan chili makes me look forward to Meatless Monday. And their matcha lattes are to die for! Thanks for everything, Launch team.
The two stars are for the staff. I understand how difficult it is to work customer service and I appreciate that they’re working hard. With that being said this place is a mess. Two times in two days I’ve had bad experiences here that were completely avoidable. First time I ordered a veggie sandwich at 12:50 and I said they didn’t have to make it until closer to 1:10 when my lunch starts. When I arrived at 1:17 I was told I had to wait. Then why did I even bother ordering ahead? I literally didn’t have the time to wait, every minute counts during a timed lunch, which I was on. The second time, today, I waited almost ten minutes in the drive thru for one soda. Multiple employees walked by the window and saw me and didn’t make any effort to say “hey it’ll be a minute” and when someone finally approached they explained their ticket machine wasn’t printing. Okay thats valid, but you i couldn’t communicate that to me? Just leave me sitting there with no clue? Two days in a row i’ve wasted my lunch on this place. I suggest you go elsewhere if you’re looking for a quick bite. Management needs to do better.
