Tried calling several stores and had little to no help at all and no one wants to take accountability because apparently no store has this driver on their team. Corporate number keeps going to voice-mail and JJ website won't accept my email for feedback. So I'm leaving reviews on every possible JJ location because we need to do better. On 04/26/22 around 7:00pm we had a reckless driver from JJ in a red Subaru license plate BCE-205 not stop at a stop sign and flew in front of us and considering how fast they were going I am afraid to think they were going over our 25mph speed limit in the neighborhood but I can't confirm that. I took a picture as well so I could get the info and plate fast. If they were not from this location I apologize for wasting time but when leaving simple feedback is this hard it's a problem too.
I always appreciate the excellent service from this Jimmy John's location in Golden. I order from them often and they always take care of our corporate catering with accuracy and efficiency. A big thank you to the team for their hard work and attention to detail.
Edit: 2 hours and it hasn't left the store. Called and cancelled the order and requested a refund.Currently over an hour and a half since I placed my order and it's not even out for delivery yet.Apparently they only have one driver in today.Please pay your staff enough (in money or benefits) that they actually show up to work.

The bread was hard and stale. I asked for vinegar and oil but got mayonnaise. The meat was dried out around the edge and discolored. I picked out the cheese and threw the rest in the trash. Jimmy John's lost a customer.
Just bad service. I have ordered a few times and it's usually slow. This time was almost an hour so I canceled it as I only have 30 minutes for lunch.Another time I ordered the delivery driver called me from the lobby (while I was working) instead of delivering to the suite number. His excuse was that he was too busy to deliver it. Weird since I only ordered ONE sandwich and tipped over 50% for really bad service. You guys are not worth it and very bad at your jobs.
got a sub before I went up to lookout mountain and order specific things and it was made with thing I'm allergic to but I came back pretty upset and they gave me a refund and remade my sub only reason they have two stars
Rude staff, disgusting ladies room, definitely not baby friendly as there is no changing station is what you will find here. Being bumped into by an oblivious employee while holding my baby, the man who took my orders rudeness and condescending manner, add onto the fact he didn't even put my order in correctly, stay away from this place.
Went out of their way for me when the other Jimmy Johns closer to me closed because the sun went down?? These guys went out of their way.. thank you!
