ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EVERYTHING!Our whole experience was great.... The "perfect" margarita (18oz) was the best margarita I have ever had plus the fish tacos, cheese enchiladas and homemade chips and salsa I could literally eat ALL DAY!! Our server was delightful as well as out busboy. I highly highly highly recommend giving this place a try... Or two! I know we'll be back next week ☺️???️ ????️

What a great meal! Generous portions for all the food. I found the salsa to be delicious. It was busy when we arrived but we only had to wait 5 minutes or so. A great experience and well worth the trip.

We were starving and having a bad day so stopped by the closest mexican restaurant we could find for some comforting eats. Total regret. Hands down the absolute worst tasting Mexican food I have ever had. Chipotle and Qdoba are 100× better and half the price, which is sad. I gotta say though, it's out fault we stayed for a main dish. Our first warning sign should have been the watery "salsa " provided with the chips. The second warning sign should have been the unpleasant yellow queso that we ordered for an app. Never trust a restaurant with yellow queso. The burrito we ordered was mediocre at best and soooo tiny for the price. We usually always split our food and have a whole other meals worth of leftovers at these kinds of Mexican restaurants. The funny thing is that I thought the food would make me feel better about my day but writing this review has. So thanks.
I had eaten here before and it was pretty good. However on this visit my food was cold and the wait staff was inattentive and very slow. Within an hour or so of returning home I had explosive diarrhea. Very worrisome, especially since my two companions were both Dieticians. Be careful here.

Very good menu. New Mexican fare options and good beer and Marg selection. Can get busy but worth the wait. The patio is a nice option on warm weather days. Staff is courteous and the food is tasty. Reasonable prices and decent parking for the area. Good all around consistent fare. Owners work hard to meet their customers expectations.
Eldorado is our family's favorite place to eat! If you're looking for authentic flavorful dishes, this is the place to come. They have the best Mexican food in town! They rival that of restaurants in Denver, it's well worth the 20 min drive. The food is served fresh, fast, and hot. The menu has a great variety of choices, we've never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and make it a wonderful experience. It's the best feeling when you go out to eat and come home deeply satisfied.
Staff is nice and the food was really good, especially the green chili. I ordered the tamale plate - spicy, and it was spicy! I've lived here 7 years and can't believe we've been missing out on this great food!
