We love this location but STEPHANIE has absolutely made this my favorite restaurant, period! She's hilarious, and our food was perfect, and she had incredible suggestions for our order. She is an absolute asset to this restaurant, it compelled me to leave a review finally! Can't wait to see her again! And kudos to the chefs, this was an amazing date night ?
As far as the setting and food goes, there really isn't anything different from this location to any other Dennys. Part of this is ok, it definitely says something about the consistency as far as corporate goes. But as far as service something that sets this one aside is Stephanie! If you want to have a good time and literally belly laugh until it hurts, this is your girl. Because of her as well as a few other servers I would definitely recommend this location!!
Staff have no interest in serving customers. Asked multiple times for just water and eventually after 30 minutes I managed to scope out a pitcher on a staff desk that I could grab. For reference, it was about midnight, and not busy at all, so there was no excuse to blatantly ignore requests like that. The woman handling the payment accused my party of not paying for all of our meals when we all had paid, and then didn't even apologize when she realized she was in the wrong. I'm not sure if that's just me, but it seemed like incredibly rude behavior.I've been here a few times in the past and have had a fairly satisfactory experience, but I had to change my review for the absolutely abysmal time I recently had.
I've been here twice once in the early morning and it felt like everyone who showed up knew the waitress and she made it felt like a small town dinner where everyone knew each other. Then another time before lunch and it didn't disappoint. Its a little out of the way for me but I'll be back.
The waiter was really great, and everything else was Denny's as usual. Basic chain restaurant, nothing particular that stands out or sets them apart from other chain restaurants. Dining area was clean, bathrooms were too, other than that it was another average Denny's stop.
Ordered online and left a 20% tip. Got there waited another 25 minutes to get my order. Asked an employee if she could help me and she replied "No". Will not be ordering from this location any time soon.
Stephani was the server extrodinaire! She was such a joy. We're in town for a cancer appt at the hospital - and each kindness along the way is appreciated! The food was cooked exactly how we asked & we will be sure to make that one if our stops when in the city.
Denny's is always there when you need a place to interrupt a journey or simply to have reliable comfort food. I have never been disappointed. There was only one server and even though service was slow, she always smiled. Thankyou for being open in these trying times. What did I eat...the lumberjack breakfast... I ate it all and left happy.
the restaurant as a whole is fine, but the women's bathroom is the least handicap accessible bathroom ive seen in my entire life. a wheelchair user cannot physically get into the "handicap" stall, maneuver out of their chair, and close the stall door. there's literally no room, it's barely bigger than the non handicap stall. please fix this, for the sake of all your disabled patrons.
Service was slow, and most tables were dirty. My partner and I were placed next to a loud group of people with no offer from staff to change seating. Restaurant also seemed to be understaffed. Definitely would not return. Wanted to dine in, but had to get food for take out due to noise and slow service.
