We always get prime rib so this review is based on that main dish. Son is always a great server with a great smile. Everytime he is our server ( we ask for him or Amy ) he provides such a professional service. One of the best we have had at anyplace in our lives really. 99% of the time your prime is the best too! Always served to our requested temperature and combined with the depth of the au jus makes a wonderful bite.
Halibut was terrible. Salmon was okay. We were seated and sat forever until they noticed us. Massive amounts of time between appetizer and main entree. Of course they completely forgot our salad. Not sure why this happened as weâve been going to the Chart House for over 30 years.
We haven't been to Chart House in quite a while, and were happy to see that it is still an outstanding dining experience. Our server, Jacob?, was incredible. We stayed and lingered over our dessert and coffee for a long time and never felt pressured to leave. We'll be back soon!
