We had lunch here- the bison short ribs were fantastic (although I probably could've used another rib or two) and the ambiance was very enjoyable. The price is commensurate with a historic property and high end menu.

Great poutine and I am native to poutine from Quebec. Burgers and side salads with cilantro dressing rocked. Devine desserts. Will be back! Great atmosphere, cute furniture and pretty plates too. Love the openess on a hot summer day!
This was one of the local bar/taverns along the main strip in Golden. The two most memorable things from this experience was that the drinks were strong and food was good. As well as the fact that our service was lacking. That was the unfortunate part of our visit. I will add that the outdoor patio section is nice as well.
POV: If there is live music is a great place to be, the reasons why I recommend this restaurant, Great vibes, the food is good to serve so late, and most importantly customer service was 10/10 Angelica was our waitress and she did a fantastic job with great energy.The restaurant is very clean I give it a 10/10They have Buffalo meat and sweet potatoes fries an amazing spot to get away from the city of Denver or night out with your friends or a great date to share some churros with chocolate dip ?
A great place for live music, a Sunday afternoon beer on the patio and really good food that is definitely a step up from bar food. Friendly for all ages and open with lots of seating. The Buffalo Rose was recently re-done and continues to be a fun place for a drink and bite to eat for locals and tourists.
Two of the best cover bands in the region played at the Rose in early May. The Long Run Band and My Blue Sky performed in high regard to the Eagles and Allman Brothers. Awesome concert and great venue!
Overall we really liked this place, great service & atmosphere! We stopped in twice during our 5 day stay in Golden. I highly recommend two apps: the Green Chile Artichoke Dip & Buffalo Cauliflower. So delicious!!! I also liked the Southwestern Chopped Salad. Only thing, the Golden Chicken sandwich was a little dry. Otherwise was a enjoyable experience both times!
We loved the ability to eat in the rear patio with our dog. Very friendly staff, great menu. The burgers are really great.
Food was good, our waitress was great - very attentive but one waitress was so slow that two of her tables gave up waiting for their beverages and food orders to be taken- she wasn’t a young waitress either. Guy playing music and singing was enjoyable.
