We will not be back. We arrived at 8:13pm. They close at 9pm. We told them that we were ready to order even as we sat. They did not come to take our order for nearly 10 minutes. There were no other customers. Our food didn't come out for quite a while, fine. I got a combination rice plate. My chicken was pretty much cold. My pork chop was lukewarm. Okay, they cook it ahead of time, fine. Why did it take so long to come out? I had to go ask them for a knife to cut my pork chop with. They never checked on us. They close at 9. They brought their own food out to eat, they sat and ate. We waited for to-go containers, and the check. My friend had to ask for it across the room after we tried to 'be polite,' and let them eat for a while. They close at 9. We would've tried to get out of there by 9. They brought us 1 to-go box; we needed 3, quite obviously. We literally were trying to get out quickly so they could close up, not one of the 3 of us finished our meals. We had to ask for 2 more to-go containers.. still no check. Staff disappeared into the back. I had even stacked all our dishes and bowls into a couple orderly stacks, trying to make clean-up as easy as possible for them to be able to close up more readily.. No check. We had to ask the grandmotherly woman still eating. She didn't seem to speak English so she hollered for someone to come out and help us. We got the check. We paid. We left. 9:15pm. We will never be back. This is not the first negative customer service experience we've had there, simply the very very last. And I have no idea what my friend tipped. I hope it was closer to 10%, than 20%. He usually tips 25%, I'm actually going to be mad at him if he tipped high, but it's unlikely. It was his first time there, and he was making jokes about dining and dashing because we couldn't get the dang check. He seemed surprised I'd recommended the place. Ridiculously angering experience. The food flavor is good, if you want to risk it coming out cold. Thanks anyway.*Edited to add, if you want to close at 8, close at 8. Do not be angered if customers come in 45 minutes before Your posted closing time. Especially customers who are ready to order, and are not rowdy. TYTM*

Visiting from Nashville, TN. Feels and tastes like a family that has put their heart and soul into the food and service. Great flavor and portions.

Excellent Vietnamese and Thai food. We ordered a noodle bow, pho and pad Thai. All dishes were delicious. So happy to find an authentic noodle bowl in this area.

So delicious! They don't serve drinks but the Boba smoothies were so good! The pho was just what I needed to satisfy my cravings.

The pho was phenomenal. Had the rare steak & brisket pho, and the broth was incredibly rich. The egg rolls were also quality. Took a little while to pay our tab - it's a local family-owned place with a small staff - but more than worth the wait. Will be back.

Service was amazing! Food was just slightly under expectations but still was good and I will give it another chance.

Just had (take out) Phở at Applewood for the first time and I'm glad to report that it was very good. The hostess/waitress was friendly and accommodating, the broth was tasty and the portion generous. I like a lot of beansprouts and basil in my Phở and they did not hold back when I asked for extra. I make pretty good Phở at home so I consider myself a tough critic. They definitely earned my 4-star rating.

Spring rolls were hard but still sticky so presumably had been made hours before and just sitting in the fridge which was supported by fact they came out within about 30 seconds. Got rice noodle bowls which were ok, but again not the typical freshness of a Phō or Vietnamese restaurant.

Not for me! Pho is large portion and hot but that’s about it. The soup tasted a little sweet which is not my thing. Got an order of egg rolls for $7.50 for 2 egg rolls said the menu. Instead they gave 4 tiny egg rolls that were a little burnt.

We came here after our flight landed. It is my first restaurant in Denver and I enjoyed it. The food came out fast. We got rare beef pho and steak with egg roll vermicelli bowl. Both were excellent. The pho broth was one of the best I’ve had. Worth the visit!
