The redbull infusions are very good but any time I try one of their coffee drinks I’m disappointed. It feels like they’re charging Starbucks prices for things that aren’t really comparable/as good. The employees are super friendly and I don’t have any complaints about service except they switched to a mobile form of rewards and wouldn’t honor a completely full punch card I had and should’ve been able to redeem a free drink for, which kind of sucks. Spent over $15 for two drinks that I wasn’t super impressed with.Edit: Not super impressed is an understatement, coffee went in the trash and I’d like a refund because I really shouldn’t have had to pay for it anyways because I had earned a free drink, whether they changed their rewards system or not. I’ll get Starbucks next time for the same price and it’ll taste good…
Favorite place in town. They can always make something for me despite my allergies.

Two people in the Drive-Thru got to go ahead of me, because I didn't see the little sign on the door or the window I'm sorry the window. Until after the person took their orders. It is what it is, didn't even bother ordering.
I would give this place a zero out of five stars but google won't let me. Everytime I go here I have to repeat my order more than once and when I get my order it is ALWAYS WRONG.
Tried out spicy chai. Service was faster. A small sticker is put on the top of the cup, I used to cover the sipping hole as it was raining :)
Slowest coffee service in a drive-thru experience ever. Mostly the reason a person uses a drive-through is for convenience and saving time. This was neither. I won’t be going back to Starbucks and I won’t be drinking Ziggys coffee. Bummer and I wanted this to be a good experience of a new coffee place.
Very friendly staff and quick service. However, drinks are pretty sweet and less strong. I'd encourage getting an extra shot in your lattes if you like the taste of coffee.
If the girls are working the drinks are perfect service is great very friendly. If the guy is working the drinks are not as good and specific requested ingredients were left out of the order maybe he was new I dont know but he was very friendly non the less.
Good drinks but they didnt even tell me how much my order was, asked me if i wanted to leave a tip, and then didn’t give me a receipt when i asked. For all i know they could have charged me wrong. Bad customer service. Would have preferred not to tip since i didnt even know the original cost or their tipping options.
