Wings are good, but it takes a long time to prepare (like, 20min). Being busy makes it hard to keep the tables and dining area clean.
Fries were soggy, $42 for wings that were half the size of competitors.Got to Jim's, Great Rock, Buffalo before Wingstop.Again do not waste your money here.
Smh first and last time coming to this place . Just a bunch of teenagers doing nothing but playing around , listening to radio full blast , eating on the line , not wearing gloves , on their phones , wait was unbelievable. Didn't look like nobody was running the place . My advice go else where. Corporate or somebody needs to step in and clean/manage this place up .
You will have to wait forever.. if you happen to get service. Staff is busy doing nothing.. And it's overpriced. Soda machine leaking all over, ice machine doesnt work, all the sodas are flat! Staff seem as if they could care less about the place. Arguably the worst service in fort Collins. There's plenty of places to get wings thats much better than this.

Whoever was working at this location after 9:30pm on March 24 sabotaged my delivery order. Had 4 different delivery drivers call to inform me that Wingstop would not let them in upon arriving for pickup.I called the store to see what was up. Employee who answered said they “closed at 9:30 for cleaning”. Hours listed as closing at 11pm.Ultimately I feel bad for the delivery drivers. I was comfortable at home. They were out late at night working & trying to do right by me. And they definitely didn’t get paid for that work.
My order was messed up the first time around but they were crazy busy. Pat and Juan fixed my order fast and with no hesitation. I always appreciate a solution more than anything else and they were super awesome and understanding!
Hawaiian flavor is my absolute favorite flavor ?. The wings are ALWAYS hot and delicious.
If you aren’t taking phone orders for super bowl Sunday then perhaps shut your phones off instead of answering the phone and screaming into it “we are not taking any phone orders” as if it’s the customers fault that they would like to place an order. How are we supposed to know you aren’t taking orders. It wasn’t what you said it was the way you said it. I will never do business at this location. Professionalism goes a long way. Terrible customer service!
