Good with some caveats...Atmosphere - Good, music was great classical piano and not too loud I really liked this. The number of tables are fairly low I think there was about 10 tables so I could see it being hit and miss to get a table on busy nights.Service - Good, only 1 server working felt bad for him but he did his best and we appreciate that.Food quality - Good, not amazing blow you away quality but it was good. Sashimi quality is middle of the pack not blow your mind and not gross slimy like Jaws.... Avoid Jaws, couple of the rolls were falling apart though.Price - Yeah, so you could absolutely get out of here for a decent price if you avoid specific traps we didn't review pricing very hard and just ordered so our bad but 13 dollars per small flask of Sake? That was ridiculous, spent 40 bucks on sake alone and did not plan on that. Seaweed salad = VERY small portion for the price avoid, Squid salad same thing but to an even almost amusingly small amount just don't get either of these. Outside of that, I think it's a good bang for the buck.Overall, it was good and we will be back.
Being from New York, I’m always skeptical of sushi here in Colorado. If you’re looking for high quality, fresh, and tasty sushi and food, look no further. White tree is a super good vibe, hole in the wall. Definitively a must try if you’re in Fort Collins!
This is our new (to us) favorite place to eat. They are so nice here, and there is a lot of heart in their food, the art (made by them), the atmosphere. It's a wonderful local family place with delicious food. Try the CSU roll, it's super yummy.
Absolutely fantastic in all facets of a sushi restaurant. Atmosphere was amazing. Can’t wait for the pandemic to be over to hear live piano. The food was immaculate, both in presentation and flavor. And the sake was amazing! I was not a fan of sake until now! Last, but not least, the service was impeccable. Thank you Anna and white tree sushi!
Went here for a date night after hearing it’s the best sushi in Fort Collins. Not only was it the best sushi, the atmosphere is unbelievably relaxing. We especially enjoyed the unfiltered sake, very fresh tasting yellow tail, and five of the tastiest roles I’ve had in town. I’ll also note the prices are not cheap but the quantity is generous compared to what you might see in Denver. So excited to have such a good spot in our neighborhood!
Nice, intimate spot with amazing food, loved all the sushi we ordered and definitely recommend trying the fried calamari, great service all around.
My mom and I came here and she said it's the best sushi! I stole some and it was way tastier than the main dish I ordered which was delicious on its own! If I lived up here this would become one of my main go to restaurants! They are even open on Christmas Eve which is incredible!
It’s unfortunate that the “most relevant” review for this place is from a lady who clearly had a bad experience, but it was probably a bad night for all involved.This place is such a gem. A wonderful atmosphere, especially considering it’s in a shopping complex, and the food is delicious. Truly authentic. Refreshing and yummy food. Definitely give it a go!
The family wanted sushi last night, but we have had some trouble finding good sushi in Fort Collins, so we decided to take a chance at White Tree because the reviews were promising. We walked in and immediately agreed it was a quaint and lovely spot. They were busy, and although we didn't have a reservation (not required), we didn't have to wait long. We ordered several rolls, a Bulgogi bowl and a Chirashi bowl. It was all delicious, especially the Bulgogi bowl! Everyone was happy and full. We will definitely go back!
I have tired just about every sushi place in Fort Collins and white tree is hands down the best! Never had a bad experience and definitely have the better prices in town compared to some other places. Definitely recommend!!
