I went through the drive-thru on 7/24 around 7:30. I ordered a large double meal with no ketchup or tomatoes, a Frosty and a double sandwich. First window there was no greeting just the total. After the transaction I said "enjoy the rest of your day", he replied "enjoy the rest of your day". Second window there was no greeting, no smile. He stuck the bag out the window the turned around and grabbed my Frosty and handed it to me and turned back around. I said enjoy the rest of your day. Where is the customer service? I know nothing will probably come of this since I don't see any responses from management to the individuals who have bad experiences. This is a sign of what some of the employes think about the people who pay their salaries. I don't know if will be coming back soon.
Not worth it.I went to the drive thru a couple days ago and ordered a strawberry frosty and the #1 Dave's Single Combo. Guy who took my order did not repeat my order or give me a total dollar amount, just said "First Window" after I placed my order.I drove up to the first window and that guy didn't even confirm what I ordered and told me a total dollar amount that didn't seem right.I asked what that total $$ was for and he read off some double cheeseburger order I did not order. When I explained how my order was not repeated and what I actually ordered I was told to hold on and he walked away. Therefore I just drove away. Not worth the BS.
Good cheat place to eat. Burgers are fresh and tasty I had a frosty with my meal. Yummy scooping out ice cream from a cup.
I was passing through here on my way to Myrtle Beach and I decided to go into the drive thru to order some baconator fries for the road. I pulled behind a red V6 mustang that seems to be lowered on the left side and the driver was outraged because the place didn’t have the 30 gallons of chili he wanted. I honked at him and he slowly got out of the mustang and went to my truck window and said, “Look here, look, listen, if you honk at me again, I will ban you from my chat.” He then threw a PS4 controller into my truck. When he finally got all of his chili he screamed out his window, “Conway Conman strikes again!” He speeds off with all off his chili and Pepsi spilling out of his open trunk and onto the road. Other than that I had a good experience and the fries were good.
Usually, my fast food experiences are very average. However, today and Wendy’s I was actually really impressed! The lady that took my order was super kind- asked me how I was doing and treated me like a real human. The lady that took my payment was super sweet too and, frankly, very attractive. Food was given to me quickly and was very fresh! You guys have a good team here- I hope they stick around.
Every time I ordered online it seems like it’s a hassle. I usually don’t complaint but this has been on my mind for a few days now to the point where I don’t even want to eat outside my house anymore. I have never found a strand of hair in my food until a couple of days ago and I am so disgusted. Wendy’s has always been better than every fast food restaurant out here until I found a strand of hair in my burger that I already took a couple of bites out of. I honestly feel like there’s no way of coming back from that. I am deleting the app and I will never be using it again.
Ordered a big bacon classic no mayo, no tomatoes, the first burger came out. It was a bacon classic but had mayo and tomato. Brought it back then received a classic chicken sandwich, complete opposite. Ask for them to make a bacon classic burger. Then was asked what ingredients where on that burger. I had to tell them what a bacon classic burger was and had on it. Clearly unable to preform a simple yask
Treated with respect and kindness Johnny is the Rock star every single person, even the veteran that just wanted a bowl of chilli like me,when I asked about a veterans discount he do graciously and lovingly offered me a drink,I had ginger ale it was awesome..I'm the navy my ship motto was more then required,I knew about Wendy's chill who doesn't rite, but Johnny was giving more than required to all he sawYou go johnny and Wendy's management for having such a nice crew
I buy staff breakfast every Friday and decided to try Wendy’s. There was no one there so I was thrilled I could get in and out quick. I ordered 14 sandwiches and it took them 20 minutes to get me my order. They said they are t use to big orders like that. Yea m not sure what they did if they had the volume of people McDonald’s has every morning.
I had a good meal but they were completely out of Brewed ice tea and didn't have any to make. I don't drink the Fuse ice tea in the machine. They did give me a cookie to make up for not having ice tea.
