YUM! Grabbed some tacos from Vatos for lunch while in Fort Collins for work and it was so good I got more to take home for dinner! Service was friendly and the space has a cool and relaxed vibe. We were there on a cold rainy day and the outdoor patio area was heated, covered, and comfortable. Tried the pork al pastor, carne asada, and coconut shrimp and all were bomb. Do yourself a favor, though, and make sure to get the coconut shrimp - the flavor combo is amazing. Perfect balance of sweet, salty, tangy, with some crunch - all of the things you want. The guac and queso is also good. I will be sure to visit again and will definitely get that coconut shrimp taco!

The selection of tacos here is excellent. If you have never tried the jackfruit taco I recommend it. The texture is a bit like pork. The shrimp taco was also excellent, though I thought the carnitas could use a little more punch. Overall a good restaurant.

Come here weekly the whole family loves it. Been coming since they opened. Great food, fun atmosphere for families love the breakfast burritos. But today 5/14 mid day and tried to order something but the young lady taking the orders was very rude and not friendly at all. Something we have never had happen there. Don’t want to leave a bad review because of one person but hopefully her day gets better.

Absolutely delicious tacos. So many options, some more traditional, some more contemporary, all incredible. The pork belly is my favorite. They have beers and margaritas on tap! This location is also amazing being part of the Exchange, having access to the courtyard and all that it brings. Fantastic!

Delicious tacos. Not giving 5 stars though because the place is never clean and it takes a while to get drinks. My hands and arms always stick to things too (door handles, tables, counters, etc). They also need more space at this point, they’re popular. Love the tacos, bring back the veggie taco!

The food at Vatos tastes great but, you get very little for what you pay. My husband and I got one plate of nachos which was $10 ($1.25 a chip!) and you only get 8 chips with cheese, meat, and salsa on top. We also got four tacos which cost $14 total and they are the tiniest tacos we have ever seen (maybe two big bites worth per taco). We spent $27 on our food and left feeling hungry. Overall the food tastes great but way overpriced for the amount of food given.

Typical hipster "street taco" joint. When I walked in I expected the $2.50 price point of their tacos to mean that price for two or three tacos. It's $2.50- $4 EACH for a 4" mini taco. And they're not even very great tacos. The fried avocado was pretty nice though, but at the prices they charge, I'll pass next time. My friend also got a plate of nachos for $8 which included 8 individual chips, a drop of queso, and a very small ramekin of bland guacamole. I will point out that this was exactly $1 per CHIP.

The girl at the front with black bangs had the worst attitude should not be working in food industry or any customer service at all! It was my first time going here and she made me and my girlfriend feel dumb for not knowing the menu which just ruined the experience in general. Food wasn't terrible but nothing more than cheap bar food, maybe I was just turned off by the bad service. Definitely never going back here again.

Always loved the fried avocado tacos, but the quality overall has gone down in our opinion. The nachos used to be our favorite, the perfect bite crafted with 8 chips. Now it’s 8 chips with cheese, no meat on 6/8 chips and a spoonful of pico and greens tossed on a bare metal tray in the middle. The tap margaritas are good but served in the smallest plastic cup on a mtn of ice. Just disappointed that I left spending $50 to go to another restaurant.

Haven’t been in a while, but I miss you Vatos. I’d drive across town for a couple of tacos, nachos and cheese and a marg. Tried uno mas taqueria this weekend and los chingones today. They don’t compare. Vatos wins for street tacos
