Duck confit, pork belly, carnitas, and el pastor tacos all coexisting on one plate. And what a delicious plate it is. My favorite was the perfectly made duck, however the pork belly was also a smash hit. I challenge you to find better food at s better price on Taco Tuesday. And the wait staff was also awesome. I can hardly wait to duck back in and pork out on more tacos.
Update: came on wed 3/16 and they must have had a different chef because nothing was as delicious as when we first came. It was still good but am bumping my rating from a 5 to a 4 because of the inconsistency in quality. We came in around 8pm and even though we were the last customers the tacos were still delicious. The barcacoa, carne asada and shrimp were done really well. I highly recommend the bean and cheese taco, that was very impressive. The tortillas taste homemade, same with the pickled vegetables. The chef came out to see if we enjoyed the food and had pride in his creations which i love to see. I will say that if I pay $10 for guacamole I expect fresh avocados but we got stringy avocado with black spots. Same with the tomato salsa , it looked dried out like it had been sitting out all day. The salsas were also quite expensive. Overall the meal and service was very good.
GREAT FOOD, EXCELLENT PERSONNEL!!!!
Mmmmmmmmm... So good! Most excellent and filling tacos, great soups and fabulous margaritas! I'd like to tell you NOT to try Uno Mas (keep it all to myself), but so good I have to share!
Nice little restaurant. Very good quesadilla and guacamole veggie options was nice. The service was exceptional. You could tell that they were working very hard but they remained cheerful and everything came out perfectly as ordered and hot. Very impressed!
Best tacos, margs and queso in town. Happy hour is great! Service is always top notch.
Uno Mas never disappoints. The service, food and drinks are consistently spot on.
Amazing restaurant and staff!! Their food is a MUST TRY and their bartenders are fabulous!
We stopped in during CSU parents weekend. I want to start by saying that I think they were understaffed, probably due to the general state of the world, and the restaurant was probably 60-70% full. It took over an hour after our order was placed to get 11 tacos. Our kids were falling asleep at the table and we were honestly starting to get frustrated, even though we assumed they were understaffed. I mean, it was 11 tacos! We had some friends that walked in as we were walking out and they managed to be seated, eat, and leave in less than an hour with a party of 5, just like us. Maybe it was just a problem with our order? That said, overall the meal was great. The pork belly, Sea of Cortez, and the carnitas tacos were our favorites. The drinks were good too. The environment was pretty chill and the staff were generally friendly. We were generally happy when we left and we'd like to try again once they're fully staffed. Maybe next year when we're there for parents weekend again?
Finally!! A great house margarita in Fort Collins!! Short patio visit with my pup, we shared a chicken quesadilla ? staff were great, and I'll definitely be back!
