We waited 30 minutes for two smoothies. They take way too long and we didn’t hear a blender going for a solid 10 minutes. Won’t be coming back.
To be honest, I love this place most of the time. Their food is good and I like the smoothies. So I guess I just need to say this review is honestly about just one thing...the kale slaw. When I got the kale slaw, I wasn't paying attention and bit into a huge piece of kale stem. I looked closer and found many kale stems in the slaw. Kale stems, when raw, are very very bitter and awful to eat. I realize this recipe/issue might not be the fault of this particular location but I just thought I would mention it because it absolutely ruined the rest of my food due to the lingering bitter taste.
Everything here is good and I literally think about this place every day. The chipotle chicken club is one of the best fast food (ish) things I have ever had
Beware of this location as their employees will trick you into giving a tip without your knowledge. Employee told me to “just hit enter” on the keypad which was approving a 15% tip when checking out my to go order. I would’ve given a tip if they didn’t try to trick me, but my boyfriend didn’t understand what he was pressing enter for and gave a tip that he did not want to give. I used to love this place but if their idea of making more money is to trick people then customers need to be aware before coming here.

I've been a loyal customer here for quite some time. Never had any issues in the past. Ordered delivery here yesterday. I ordered three wraps and when it arrived, one of the 3 wraps was incorrect. I called there to find a resolution. The gentleman I spoke to said a manager would call me back. As expected, no call back whatsoever. VERY disappointed with how they handle customer service. Won't be ordering here again!!
I love tropical Smoothie Cafe and I have been to many different stores but this time I was really disappointed. We waited 35 minutes for two smoothies. There were 6 people working so there is no reason for it to take this long. Don’t come if you don’t have time to wait. I won’t be coming back to this location again.
I would not recommend this tropical smoothie, the staff was very disrespectful and asked me to repeat myself more than 5 times and proceeded to get my order wrong.I’m very disappointed because I have never had a bad tropical smoothie experience until today.
This place never disappoints! Pick up or delivery, food and smoothies are always delicious and perfect. So far, I have had no missing or incorrect items. They deserve your business!!
