Torchy's is something I used to eat when living in the south and I was greatfull when one opened in Ft Collins, since then it's slowly gone down hill. Little things have gone by the way side like labels on the take out, and they went from having sodas made with cane sugar to the standard fountain drink line up. The employees have also seemed to stop caring about keeping the front of the place clean and they've stopped filling the take out salsa cups. Half of ours had just enough salsa to get the cup dirty and that's about it. Over all the food was still tasty and that's why they've managed to hang onto 3 stars.
Best Torchys I’ve been to. Atmosphere is fun, food is great and happy hour is a must! Will be back.
Long time visitor- first time reviewer. Torch’s has always been my go-to spot for some damn good tacos. Great for group meetings or even just a sit down at the bar. Employees have always treated me fantastically AND, the tacos are bomb. 5/5 stars- HIGHLY recommended.
We absolutely enjoyed our lunch at Torchy's. We tried four different tacos and the queso and each one was better than the last. The staff was extremely helpful and patient as it was our first time there and there's a lot to look at on the menu. My only suggestion would be another soda/drink station as there was a constant line on this busy Saturday and it's in a high traffic area.
Always good food. Airstream salad is my favorite.
The best tacos in Fort Collins, I have honestly only tried 3 different tacos but they were so go that they are now my go to. Everyone I have ever brought has said they love anything they get!The hillbilly Queso is absolutely phenomenal.
Athyr is so amazing, her customerserviceis top notc!!! This place has the Best tacos and queso and chips. I wish I took a picture of the tacos but we ate them so fast! Seriously the taco of the month was suggested and I am so glad we tried it, it was amazing. Love this place will be back.
My fiancé and I went during a rush, Ryan was awesome and took the time to confirm our food, chat, and was so kind! Mike was our waiter and continuously checked on us/our food and was super kind and worked non-stop the whole time we were there. Both of them provided 5 star service! Great tacos too. :)

Was not impressed. The corn tortillas were cold and rubbery. The Barbacoa was not hot either. They dumped parmesan cheese all over it which is all I tasted. That stuff is to strong, plus it doesn't go with a street taco. And My lime was dry. No juice for my taco, that's the point. Needles to say it was like paying for a street taco and getting a frozen dinner. No thanks. I'll stop at a taco truck and get the real deal. Wouldn't have felt like cheap food if it was actually fresh, hot, off the grill. If it wasn't so over priced it would actually be worth the value. The ingredients are there, but the food was not prepared very well in my opinion. I watched it assembled i don't know why but I'm assuming they microwave the meat.
