Just purchased chicken spring rolls. Quality has greatly diminished over the years. Really unappetizing and three half of it away. Service was very good however
I love coming here! I don't live in Fort Collins so when I'm up that way I usually stop by to get Tokyo Joe's. The staff is always really nice and can answer any menu questions, the restaurant is clean, and everything always tastes delicious. It's obvious they use fresh ingredients and everyone in the kitchen knows what they're doing.
We order takeout from this location often and have never had a negative experience. On the most recent visit, I waited longer than usual for our order, but I did notice that there were only two staff members working. The food was still fresh and delicious like always and they apologized for the delay!
It was Saturday evening and they were very busy. Order went 20mins. beyond anticipated time, no biggie. Food was great; I'll go there again!

Everything was nice and crispy, and the sauces (green curry and red dragon) were delicious.
We ordered spicy tuna roll it didn't have the sauce on it. Was told it's not supposed to have any sauce. Ordered spring rolls the rice paper was like chewing on a rubber band almost crunchy. They remade them and they were still bad. Was told that is just the way they are and it's the best they could do! The lady at the register was snooty and very unhelpful. We will never go to this location again!!!!!!!!!
We got the create your own poke bowl and the pad Thai and the gyoza. The staff was nice and got our food to us super fast.
Got the Bahn Mi bowl and it was excellent, looking forward to trying more here!
It would be nice if they could rember to put everything in the bag that you paid for
