So many delicious cheeses!! They let you sample the cheeses and each sample is a little slice of heaven. There are pastas, sauces, salami, and lots of other goodies for sale here too. Definitely worth a stop when you're in Fort Collins!

It is criminal how few good reviews there are for Welsh Rabbit. The selection is phenomenal, the staff are knowledgeable, and there are baguettes! Other people complain that they are busy, I guess? Just a sign of a phenomenal business. They ordered a very specific cheese for me which is going above and beyond. Go here if you need cheese, no cap.

Fantastic selection of cheeses in the shop, Leah is a charming hostess, and if you don't go see Emily and Mary Beth at the Bistro, you're missing out. The House Smoked Duck and the Bougee Blue is one of the best combinations I've ever had.

Mrs Kimberly Louis is wonderful! She helped me get my first profit . She made the entire process smooth and I felt completely supported after investing the minimum of $1000 she made over $10,500 for me in a week . I highly recommend her to anyone who’s planning on joining the crypto currency market . Contact her Email: [email protected] Or WhatsApp: +18145590560

We were allowed to sample any cheese that we wanted. The gentleman was so nice to talk to and helpful. I was visiting from PA so I couldn't purchase any.

The place was cozy and the cheese platter was excellent. However, the chef’s creativity with the escargot in cream fill short of the mark, it would have been best to stay with the classic garlic recipe. The gnocchi was destroyed by frying and the curry sauce tasted powdery. Curry needed to simmer more to mingle the flavors. The service and ambiance were nice.Considering the faux pas with the escargot and gnocchi, the prices were outrageous.

Very quaint and charming place. Parking can be a pain, and the seating is very limited so if you're wanting to go during a peak time I recommend a reservation. It was fun to build a board and pick exactly what we wanted. This time around we didn't fall in love with what we selected cheese wise, but look forward to returning to try other options. This would be extremely fun as a date or girls outing.

I loved(!!) this place! I was walking to downtown and as I was coming up to this place, the smell of truffle was in the air and I had to go in. Honestly felt like a truffle hog lol. Inside it is designed so beautifully. There are cheeses everywhere and spreads. You can buy a charcuterie board too. They let you sample the cheese too and I was stoked about that.1000/10 recommend.

I went expecting to find a wide variety of fairly exotic and/or local cheeses, and there were a couple, yet far less choice than I had hoped for and more expensive than desired. Otherwise, the place was clean and the staff was friendly.

Wonderful experience and very delicious food and drinks.
