Really disappointed. Waffles were uncooked in the center. The staff was very nice about replacing them, but the replacements were raw in the middle as well. The sausage gravy meatball sized chunks of sausage that were pink on the inside. Staff was understanding and offered to comp the meals, but another diner next to us had the same problem.
Probably would've gave it 5 stars if the waffles weren't covered in chunks of burnt grill shavings that were sharp as glass, while at the same time being undercooked in the middle with solidified rocks of sugar or something in it. Youd think a place called waffle lab would at least get the overpriced waffles right :(
You know, almost always this is an excellent place to eat a late breakfast...but, not today. We took my son and his friend visiting from Canada here for an Easter Brunch and we're completely disappointed by both the wait and the food. And the place wasn't that busy. I wish they had told us up front they were have problems in the kitchen and that the food (waffles all around) would take 35-40 minutes from order. Also, that they were low on the cinnamon sugar waffle special so that two of us would get only half an order...though they still charged $9 for each. Like I said, usually excellent but not today.
Their food truck was at Mighty River Brewing. Ordered their Chicken and Waffles. Paid and told it was going to be 6 minutes. 30 minutes later I overhear the waffle iron was having issues. It happens and we fully understand. I feel really bad that this one guy who was doing the best he can was all by himself on a Saturday. My low review has nothing to do with him, but the owner/management. Have a single person sent to a busy brewery on a Saturday. He can’t even give us our refund for what we have already purchased. We have to wait for his boss to arrive. Feel really bad for this kid as he is doing the best he can and his superiors have let him down.

They have hands down the best waffles in town. There'ssomething about that batter - pure magic! I got the chicken andwaffles. The waffle was fresh, the chicken perfectly fried andpiping hot, the gravy was light and refreshing. The maple syruptasted very authentic. My wife got the CYO Scrambled Eggs withCaramelized Onions, Avocado and Jalapeños. She loved it too. Thepotatoes on the side were crisp and delicious. Add to this thefriendly staff - our host was great, kind and courteous! Parking canbe difficult but the place is well worth it!
The food quality has really slipped. Our waffles were uncooked in the center and the sausage gravy had dry flour chunks. The cost of food goes up and quality goes down. Fix your food that you charge a tip for in a serve yourself cafeteria style restaurant. Do better!
Great experience. Friendly staff. Great food. I had Fosters the Waffle and added strawberries. It was great.
It was delicious! They had plenty of strawberries and bananas too! Highly recommend!
Hands down the best waffles i have ever had in my life! If I lived in ft Collins I would probably be here every day!
