It's been almost 10 days but I just can't even find the right words, my husband and I came in on May 31st in the evening after getting married we just wanted a small intimate dinner just us since we're new here due to military orders, we drove 45 minutes and I have to say we've agreed to come back once a month. The food was absolutely stunning to see and mouth watering to eat. We had steaks, the mashed potatoes, sweet potato fries, a special bread they do their own candles out of fat for flavor it was all amazing! We got dessert and it was just heaven on a plate! As far as service and staffing every single person in the building night came by to congratulate us and made us feel extremely special. They went above and beyond for us. Shout outs especially to Madi our server she was just gorgeous and so sweet and never missed a beat like she read our minds, Steven the manager he came spoke with us offered a champagne toast and brought us the bread it was terrific. Taylor the GM for running an amazing location and keeping employees in a good work environment! Also a huge shout out to Law Land who prepared our food because it was cooked to perfection. My husband even admitted they we're better than his steaks and I promise that never happens I wish there was more I could do then just write this review because honestly words can't explain the jot we felt all night thanks to the staff at Still Whiskey Steaks!!!
If you like Steak, Whiskey and Pasta this is the place for you! I loved the food, atmosphere and excellent service. A little pricey but not too bad.
The staff are exceedingly nice, as I’m come to expect in Fort Collins ? I sat at the bar and had a really great experience.The drink menu is quite extensive and Frank recommended a whisky flight for me which was really great. The wines were also quite nice. Very smooth.I had the rib steak with the bone marrow butter on it which was really nice and rich. Brought out the flavour quite a bit. The steak was cooked well and the fat rendered nicely. As a side, the jalapeño cream corn was not very spicy but it was quite tasty! A real treat and not something I would normally order.The place itself has a lot of seating including an upstairs dining room and and outdoor patio. The vibe is very blended between traditional steakhouse vibe with the wood and a modern feel being a more open concept.Had a really nice time and would highly recommend checking this place out.
Went to Still Whiskey Steak to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was good, an unexpected bonus was the "super manly" fiery dessert my husband received at the end of our meal. The staff and service was definitely on point!
The elk steak at the Still is fantastic. The sauce is so flavorful, and the meat is tender, juicy, and delicious. I was surprised by how wonderful the risotto is because more times than not risotto is not well done. I loved the deep garlic flavor. I left most of the veggies on my plate as they were dry and over cooked.
Once a month I come here and order a steak. Steaks are awesome and they switch it up sometimes with different steaks on the menu.You should try out their steak sauces which are very unique. Besides that they offer an assortment of other high quality items like pork, burgers and appetizers.Great selection of craft beer on tap including local brews.
Went here after a coworker recommended it. I loved the atmosphere- it was very relaxing and a good mix between elegance, western trim, and comfort. The service was good; I have no complaints. The food was excellent. The best French onion soup I’ve had in my life, and I very much enjoy my plated steak, which was cooked to perfection. The veggies and potatoes were also excellent, though some may find those be have too many seasonings on top.

Second time having dinner at this restaurant and both times were very good. Food quality is very high, great steaks and service. Atmosphere is western, laid back and comfortable. Gin and tonic along with a gin and soda were not very good but probably should have ordered a craft beer. Dessert was especially delicious.
The rib eye was great, the garlic mashed, crab cakes delicious! The old fashioned was so good I had 2! ???
