Staff is ALWAYS so friendly. Service is always prompt. I just wish the drink prices were consistent between the two stores. If I order a drink with little ice or a milk substitute, I should pay the same price at each store.
Very friendly staff, even came out to the car to take our order when things were backed up. It is drive-thru only, which worked for us. Would definitely return!
Love me some bean! Nice smooth, blended, breve snowcap is all I need to start my day! Kiddo gets a frozen hot chocolate and of course fur baby loves his pup cup! We're all happy when we leave here
Love this drive-thru coffee shop! I have been to most of the locations and the coffee is always excellent. Custom service is friendly and the baristas do their best to keep the busy customer car line moving right along by coming to your car for your order. Good breakfast burritos!
I lovee this place, great coffee, service, and experience. My ONLY complaint is none of the Human Beans in FoCo have started up use of a delivery service in this day and age. This mamma NEEDS the ability to get some human bean delivered on busy days that I don't have the car TmT please I'm begging you, if I have to order starbucks one more time my insides may explode. lol TmT
We are trying to hit as many coffee spots as possible while in town. We hit the jackpot at the Human Bean! First of all, a person came out while we were waiting in the car line and took our order. He was so great and helped us figure out our order. Love love love the little chocolate covered espresso bean on the top of each coffee drink! My daughter has voted The Human Bean as the best one yet and we've been to 5 or 6!!
I love their steamers, and they got decent coffee. However if you ask for no coffee, there's bound to be coffee in one of the drinks if you order more than 3, which is a shame.
The girls that work here are so sweet and kind. At certain times there can be a line but they help people out pretty quickly and the wait isn't very long.
They made my iced coffee just the way I like it! Delicious! My first time trying The Human Bean. One of my favorites now! Great, friendly and fast service. I loved the little bean they give you. Excited for the one to open in my city!
Great coffee...love at first taste. If you love coffee this is the place to go...We were in Colorado from Texas for about 10 days on business, we found Human Bean and glad we did. I mentioned the coffee, but did I mention the people? They were great, if I had a business I would try to hire all of them. fast, friendly and efficient...Their heart was in their work...Although we visited the N. College store we also visited other stores, and the experience was similar...Great job Human Bean.
