First time here and definitely won’t be the last! Lauren our server was not only sweet but gave us the best recommendations for wine! We ordered some tapas which were beautifully plated! My new go to spot, and the patio is perfect.
Literally the best place to go in town for wine and appetizers! Obsessed. Had the sweetest server (Lauren). Will definitely be making this a regular spot!
We had the best experience thanks to our server, Amanda. She took the time to make sure we had everything we needed and gave fantastic recommendations when we weren't sure what we wanted next. Being locally owned, you can tell the owners truly care about providing the best possible experience and high quality fine wine. It's a lovely place to spend time in town, highly recommend. Make sure to ask for Amanda when you're in (although everyone that works there is amazing and friendly).
I have visited this wine bar and have been lucky enough to have Amanda as my server every time. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and offers excellent personal recommendations. She allowed me to taste specific wines before committing to a full glass (all of which were amazing, so it was a difficult decision). 10/10 recommend, and I will be back. Thanks for the awesome service and experience, Amanda!
Way too expensive for what is offered. Our server Amanda was super rude, and made us feel like we were causing her trouble. We ordered a glass of wine, didn’t like the glass, asked if we could order something else and they charged us for the glass we didn’t like and the new glass. I have been in the industry and know customer service and satisfaction is key. Very frustrating. Will not be back.
We enjoyed the food and wine last night. However the service was borderline (slow). The venue was out of GF crackers and one of the cheeses. We didn’t receive the crackers and bread until we had almost finished our cheese. The food preparation took too long for cheeses, prosciutto, dried beef, and tapenade.
I visited Taste & Savor Wine Bar on Friday, February 11th around 6pm and I can't say enough how great the experience was. Fantastic wine list with a ton of options for bold reds (I'm a red wine enthusiast) at prices ranging from $8 and up (affordable considering the quality). I had a wonderful Malbec by the glass ($14) and I ordered 3 Chesapeake oysters on the half shell which is great because you can order them individually. My friend and I also had the bruschetta and one of the chef created charcuterie boards (the Cabernet). Overall, the food was great and plentiful, the ambiance was intimate and friendly yet upscale - highly recommend to anyone who loves a good wine bar and tapas.
Decent wine selection, not the most knowledgeable staff. Food is terrible. Prices for the food make it seem like you should be expecting an average dish at least, but much of what they serve is tasteless and not well thought out. Both times I’ve been, the charcuterie boards are lack luster and missing some of the items like the mixed olives. They never have jams or spreads of any kind, so expect a cheap cracker and a bite of meat and cheese with a dried cherry. Go for a glass of wine if you live nearby, but you’re better off grabbing a bite elsewhere.
The Atmosphere is Simply Amazing - Good Music - Friendly Staff and The owner knows his wine and has trained the staff well. The Brie is over the Top!! A hidden gem in Fort Collins
This is a perfect date night spot for me and my partner. We had two amazing experiences here both with the lovely server Lauren! Lauren’s service definitely solidified our decision to keep going back. The food and wine was also absolutely delicious and the atmosphere is perfectly cozy and casual but nice.
