Used to love this place, but I bought a dozen tortillas yesterday and found a thick black hair in the first tortilla…had to throw the rest in the trash.
I came in for corn in a cup (esquites), which was delicious! They also have the best local ice cream in town hands down! The ice cream and bars are made in house with fresh ingredients. The strawberry cheesecake ice cream was my favorite with chunks of real strawberries and graham cracker crust cheesecake. I will 100% be coming back for more.
These quesadillas are AMAZING!!! I do not even comprehend how they are so incredibly delicious. I request lots of onion and jalapeño on mine - absolutely heavenly!!! And I don’t generally enjoy cheese otherwise, but this is irresistible to me.
Authentic quick tacos
If you're looking for a no frills place that serves authentic tasteful mexican food at an affordable price this is your place. Probably the best burritos and tacos in town (I haven't tried their tortas or enchiladas yet. I've had asada, carnitas and desebrada con solo (shredded beef) burritos so far. I liked the shredded beef and the asada best. Super fresh tortillas and fast service.I recommend this place.
Best pork in town hands down. No joke its like heaven. They have no need to make anything g fancy for the eyes because they know their flavor is their masterpiece. I can't wait to try the other options they have to offer!
Best street tacos in Fort Collins and it is not even close. Their red salsa is amazing and the carnitas is cooked perfectly.

Not even close - far the best tacos in town! These are as authentic as it gets. I am from SoCal and these are just like back home. Highly recommend and will tell everyone if they want the real deal to come here.
