The food was the best Mexican food I've had in Fort Collins. Th employees were super nice, courteous, and helpful. Hard to find that in a lot of interactions these days. The answered my questions about birria. We ended up trying the birria, pastor, and steak in a torta, quesadilla, and tacos. All of the meat is delicious, although the birria is greasily delicious. So don't order it if that isn't your thing.They only have one type of salsa that was mediumly spicy. They also have a consome of the birria which was very yummy. I ordered avocado sauce to try, but didn't realize the employee had not put it in the order. Oh well. De
Tacos and sauces were fantastic - haven't had anything like them. The hot dipping sauce gave great kick to the tacos. Might be my palette, and I'm not an expert, but the horchata lacked spice and depth I've had from other places. The staff were eager to please and food is great. Will definitely go back!
I’m a little bit confused about all the five star reviews. The food here is edible, but I’ve had better Mexican food on taco Tuesdays in my white granny’s southern kitchen.I paid 13$ for a steak burrito, and what I got was laughable. I’ve seen kids meals that are bigger. The horchata is meh, lacking quite a bit of flavor. Tasted like plain rice water.The service was fine, nothing incredible. They almost forgot the horchata, but honestly it probably would’ve been better if they did. I would not come here again.
Great service with a beeper. Quick turnaround. Ordered the chorizo breakfast burrito & birria burrito. Outstanding food. The chorizo was perfect. Flat top treatment on the tortilla. Excellent salsa. Coming back for tortas! Gracias El Diablo.
Love the food we got! Though we have a few good Mexican/tacos in the area- this is the best in Fort Collins hands down. I often find myself missing the great tastes of the food trucks in Texas, and have always been under-whelmed - Tacos El Diablo brings it back! Full disclosure- I've only tried the 1lb Birria Tacos so far, but they're authentic and amazing! Every part of the meal is top quality. Tortillas, beans, salsa, consomme, onion mix, hot oil (never had before), meat- all amazing, all quality, all authentic and delicious. If one loves the regular local expectations, they might be disappointed by the over-whelming authentic great flavor and quality.
Absolutely delicious food, piping hot and fresh. Guy was super nice to us as well and even recommended trying the quesabirrias which were absolutely amazing. Fantastic service and fantastic food. Definitely coming back

I have went to every taco truck in Fort Collins. I think this one is by far the best. I will definitely recommend and be a returning customer.
